Take 5 Oil Change review: Broke My Car

Brought my car to a Take 5 location (#117 Missouri City Tx) as I have been for the past 2 years without any problem. However, after my last oil change at the above-mentioned location, I have been having a oil leakage problem. Which has never happened before now. I brought the car back immediately with photos to show the oil leakage in my garage, the supervisor on duty explain that it was a damaged/defected washer where the screw was and he would replace it without any charge due to it being their fault. However, the problem still exists. I went back again, no supervisor was there, I left my contact info. I haven't heard back as yet. I called corporate and have been on hold for more than 45 minutes at a time without any current resolution to my problem.
