Positive point - the workers are friendly.
Negative points - they try hard to upsell you from the minute you drive into their business. I am a retired woman so perhaps they like the target people like me. But first they confuse you with the four different kinds of oil you can use for your oil change. One is a synthetic blend that they don’t recommend for any car. The other three less a different amount of miles and they start at $100. That doesn’t count the filter. Also in tiny writing on their board it apparently states that if you go over a certain amount of oil that they have to charge you extra for that overage.
Then they stated that the Carfax maintenance records on my car show that coolant flush has never been done on my car. My car was 78,000 miles. I was looking through my maintenance records that I kept in the car, but I was having trouble finding a coolant flush, so I let them do that. But honestly, I couldn’t tell the difference between the new coolant they put in and what they flushed out.
Finally, I was under pressure by another technician to change my cabin filter. That was where I drew the line. But I still ended up owing them $299! Once the work is done, you have to pay.
Recommendation: Avoid this business at all costs. I only went there because my regular auto shop was busy and I needed to take care of these things before I went out of town.
