On 5/16/26, noticed the mechanics struggling to locate a remove covers and the necessary parts to perform an oil change on my 2017 audi q7 which should have been an immediate red flag. This being an older car and me thinking an oil change shouldn’t be too complicated for a shop that specializes in oil changes, I went along with the service. Whelp, less than a week later I noticed a massive oil spot in the driveway and garage after the huge rain storm. A second set of mechanics reviewed the car and several hundred dollars later I’ve learned that the oil pan cap was so over tightened that it split in half! They’ve had to order a replacement pan as well as dust cover which was absolutely saturated with oil - see photos. I’m not the most mechanically savvy person but I do expect honest straightforward work from paid professionals. I paid extra for the oil service and for extra bottles of full synthetic that I now have the pleasure of scrubbing out my concrete driveway and garage flooring. Look elsewhere for your oil services!
Claimed loss: Required to replace oil pan and dust cover as well as have a completely new oil change as nearly all the oil ran out of my vehicle due to the damages caused by this place!
Desired outcome: I'd like a full refund for the botched oil service I received and compensation for the work I had to have re-done to repair to car less than a week later.

The manager called to help resolve this issue quickly after initially struggling to contact the local branch via the horrible corporate site. I'll re-review once this issue is fully closed out but for now I'm happy with the promptness and thoroughness of the response from the local manager.
