Downloaded veterans/military 25% off coupon from Take5 website and verified upfront it would be accepted. AFTER my old oil had already been drained out, was then informed the computer would not accept the coupon, but employee promised he would manually put in an equivalent discount. He did not. He put in two small discounts, that after doing the math I discovered only amount to about a 15% discount. When I left a less than stellar review on Google maps, got a reply asking me to call or email. After the phone tree answering ai, and being transferred twice, I then spent 30 minutes on hold, after which I hung up. Heck, there wasn't even a cut in by the system for that 30 minutes of muzak, reminding me how Take5 values me as a customer! Never going back, and will tell this story a million times before I leave this earth.
