Tadlock offers genuinely excellent service. I was very pleased with the professional manner in which Omero R and Brian conducted the estimate and then repaired the leak problem in an excellent and timely fashion. They went out of their way to complete the job before the rains came. In addition to all the good service on my roof I also found their office staff to be attentive to my needs when I went to their office. I recommend Tadlock without any reservation.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
