I can't express enough how much I appreciate how Tisha P went above and beyond taking care of everything from beginning to end for me. This is my 1st experience in owning a home alone, moved in 2015 to a house built in '99 with the original roof. With me being a senior, I've had much to learn. I don't remember exactly how I came across Tisha back in summer months, and having her come out and inspect my roof. But, I'm so thankful that the hail damage was brought to my attention. Tisha was patient with me and all my questions, no matter how dumb they were, she explained things to me where I could understand in layman's terms. Tisha took care of the insurance forms once I filed a claim, She dealt with the claim adjuster, she emailed me a pamphlet with the shingle choices and colors. I had to get HOA approval and they had no problem approving Endurance's roof product. Tisha kept in touch with the adjuster and made sure everything was covered and included a supplement, and kept me in the loop. Being in the cold weather months, we had to wait for the weather to be fair enough with no strong winds so the work could begin. The workers were here early to drop off the product, and the next day was on time to begin. Tisha and her manager even came by to check on the progress. They cleaned up after and nobody would've known that they were here, except that I have a brand new roof and I can check that off my list. Tisha was personable and very knowledgeable about her trade, and made the whole process appear very simple which frankly, I doubt it was that. With people like Tisha on their payroll, Endurance should excel in becoming a well known company that delivers exceptional service and product in Denver.
