From the initial meeting with the representative (Darrell) to the final inspection of the finished job, Premiere Roofing was very professional and did a great job of installation and cleanup. They were well organized and well managed. Lawrence B was our project manager and he was very helpful, on time and took care of the details. We were very pleased with the quality of the roof, the price of the job and the cleanup afterwards. We had no problems and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof on an existing home or on a new house being constructed.

The guys that came out did an excellent job. They worked non-stop and 5 hours later I have a beautiful new roof. I appreciate that the lead, Juan, for taking pictures to show me what they found under the old shingles and what they corrected as a result of construction error. They cleaned up throughout the process so there was little to no mess anywhere around the house. Overall from inspection to completed work Charlie and all of the people we spoke with at Premiere have been exceptional throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend their business.

Premier Roofing is "the" roofing company for you! We had our entire roof replaced and the service was excellent. Our roof is large and it took them three days. They arrived at sunrise and left after sunset. The crew was meticulous about the work product they were producing and constantly kept me informed of the progress and any issues that arose. Cleanup was beyond excellent. You would never know they were here. All the debris is gone and all nails were picked up. They then used a blower to clean my decks and walkways if you want a professional company from start to finish and a great warranty just call Premier.

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone involved was friendly, helpful, and informative. When we got a quote done it wasn't pushy at all, and fairly priced. Planning and execution went quickly and smoothly. Delivered the materials for the job the evening before the work was to be done. Their crew arrived in the morning on time and completed the job at the time estimated. Done in a day! Quality work, and they cleaned up everything after they were done. Took me awhile to get this out just because I did want it to rain some to be sure first lol. Thank you Charlotte, Lawrence, Ivan, Miller, and the rest of the crew.

I would like to say it was a pleasure doing business with Premiere Roofing. I did a lot of research on the internet and they had several good reviews so I decided to give them a call.
We had a meeting with Darrel Greene the sales manager and he did an excellent job of going over what Premiere Roofing could do and what the timeline would look like. They work with the insurance company so that makes things easier. The day of installation went very smooth. They tore off the old roof, did some major underlayment repairs and installed the new roof all in one day. The crew foreman Lawrence B was in communication with us upon his arrival and did an outstanding job of going over everything they did.

The team that worked on our roof were, to a person, hard workers. The scheduler told me they'd finish it in a day and a half, and they did. Once they were done, everything was put back and in place, and our yard was immaculate. We had some questions about payment, and the staff at the office was extremely responsive and reasonable to work with. We have some repair work inside that is to be done in a couple of weeks; already, we are extremely impressed with the contractor who is coming to do this work. We chose this company because of three factors: 1. consistently good reviews; 2. value; 3. they were the only company who could do both outside and inside work, and I didn't want to work with multiple companies. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of roof repair.

We are very pleased with the professionalism and the great work provided by Premiere. We asked for a quote based on recommendation from neighbors who also used Premiere and we were not disappointed. The quote was prompt and fair and when we did not accept right away because we were waiting for other quotes, they kept in touch to answer questions but we never felt pressured. After deciding on Premiere, their customer service was impressive. There were weather delays but communication was constant, which was very important to us. The work crew was efficient, protected the outside structures, and clean up was pristine. We are confident we have a good roof now. We also appreciate their confidence in their work in that they offer a lifetime warranty on workmanship as long as we own the house.

Just had a worker from Premiere Roofing come by and repair my roof. I was delighted to meet someone of such a high caliber and so motivated! He explained what he was there to do and showed a genuine concern getting the job done to my expectations.
Very professional and respectable; something you seldom see in this day and time! Once repairs were completed, he briefed me on the completed work and asked if I had any questions? It was the perfect day for me and my family; we are so grateful and we will use Premiere Roofing for all our future roofing needs. Premier Roofing did an excellent job on my new roof! My Premier Roofing salesman did the original inspection of my roof after a very bad windstorm. He explained in detail what he saw and provided pictures to back up what he saw. Then he came back to my house on 2 separate occasions to personally meet with two different insurance claims adjusters to make sure they saw what he saw. Within a couple of weeks Premier Roofing started the job on my roof replacement & finished the job in 2 days as promised. Their workers were on time & they worked from sunrise to sunset to get it done. At the end of the job, their Project Manager went over what they did & provided pictures again of the finished roof. The roof looks great and I'm very glad to have this done & I won't have to worry about my roof for a long time!

Great Business to deal with. A large piece of our old roof blew off in a storm and some daylight was showing thru the attic. HAving seen the ComplaintsBoard.com good ratings on Premier, we called and Darrel G showed up the next day, placed a temporary patch on the roof and we scheduled the necessary roof replacement.

Premier keeps you informed of schedule changes due weather and answers any questions you have prior to the install.

The dumpster trailer for the old roof arrived at 5am, the roof crew and Forman, Johnny C not long after 6am. I can not believe how fast and hard these guys work. They replaced the roof on the house AND the lake gazebo in one day!

More IMPRESSIVE was the post work clean up. When they left, you could not tell they where even there.
Love our new 50 year Roof! I would recommend these folks to everyone.

I called Premier after noticing a roof leak. They quickly scheduled an inspection. Due to the roof's age, we decided on a roof replacement rather than repair. Through every stage of the process from inspection, quote, and installation, everyone at Premier was pleasant, professional and very easy to work with. The installation crew was impressive, very organized, methodical, and hard-working. They not only did a great job with installation, but also with clean-up. Thank you Russ for quickly responding to the leak, Lisa for keeping me updated on the project status and answering questions, Chris, for expediting the project to minimize interior damage, which was no small task due the never-ending rain, and Lawrence for keeping me updated during the installation. I would certainly use Premier again, and would recommend them to family & friends.

We really appreciate the professionalism of everyone we dealt with at Premiere Roofing of Irmo, SC. It was a new experience for us to see the care they took with protecting the extensive landscaping around our house during the roofing. There was literally no damage to any of the shrubs or flowers. I had forgotten about a rabbit statue that was near the roof, and discovered after they finished that they had moved him into the lawn to keep him safe. I just got off the roof after inspecting their work. The shingling job is incredibly neat and symmetric. The flashing around the chimney and other areas looks well sealed. When slight angling of a vent pipe impacted the operation of a furnace in the attic, they told us they would take care of it, and they were true to their word. We will definitely use Premiere Roofing in the future for our roofing needs!

Premiere Roofing completely reproofed my house after the hail storm of 2014. They did a great job that has served me well. After the recent windstorm (January 2022,) I had 2 patches of damaged and missing shingles. I called Premiere Roofing expecting to have to leave a message and wait on a call back (if I ever would get a call back--you know how businesses are today) but Miller answered the phone! What a relief! He could look my house up immediately in his records and so knew just what kind and color of shingles I needed. As busy as they were with all the windstorm damage calls, he had someone out to look at my roof within two days and had a reasonable estimate sent to me. The plan was to have my roof tarped as I awaited repairs. However, when the men went to tarp my roof, they decided the job was small enough to go ahead and complete it. I called Miller on Tuesday morning and my roof was repaired by Friday, all while I was at work and not at home. I couldn't be more satisfied!

Premier Roofing was a pleasure to work with. The person who came to assess and provide us with a quote was very knowledgeable. The office staff kept us updated with emails and phone calls. We really appreciated that. We were always in the know of our upcoming work to be done. The roofers working on our home were very professional, friendly, and they did an excellent job all in ONE DAY! I was VERY impressed with the excellent work in ONE day! I have to say, 3 of my neighbors had new roofs replaced in our area recently, and none of their roofs were done in ONE day. Our roof was in pretty bad condition. You can see the difference as soon as you turn into our block. Pricing was competitive. Right in line with others for a home our size. However, I don't believe they would have been as efficient as Premier Roofing. We worked with a roofing company in the past to fix a piece of our home where a tree fell. We were not impressed. I am extremely pleased to have stumbled onto them. Thank you Premier Roofing. The service provided by Premier Roofing was exceptional.

Contacted several roofing companies for inspection/quotes for known damage. Went with Premier Roofing as they had the lowest quote, but also better grade materials than were offered by the other companies. They stayed in touch weekly during the time leading to the actual work being done. On job day, the crew was on site not long after sunrise. The Job Foreman was on site shortly afterward, as well as a sales rep for the company. One or both of them stayed on site until the job was finished. The crew was very professional and VERY efficient. I had resigned myself to losing the majority of the plants in my flower beds, but they survived virtually untouched. Cleanup was amazing. There were hundreds of nails on the ground during the job, but I couldn't find any after they were done. To be safe, I went out the next morning with a metal detector, and found 12 nails. Amazing. The Job Foreman came out the next day for a final walkdown to ensure my satisfaction with the job before any money changed hands. First class operation. Would hire them again in a heartbeat! - Rob

This review is written from our experience with Premier Roofing in Columbia, SC.
Not long after buying our home we started seeing water stains in six different rooms in the house over a course of less than one year. We contacted Premiere Roofing in 2019 to fix a large leak that needed repair right away. They responded quickly and performed an excellent job. As mentioned further leaks began showing up so I contacted Premiere Roofing again to make an assessment of our roof condition. Russ Smith from Premiere Roofing came out and spent a fair amount of time going over the entire roof. He informed us that repairs could be made in the areas of the known leaks but many other areas would probably begin leakage because of the condition of the roof. We also discussed the benefits of installing power roof vents. He did not use any pressure and said a quote would be provided.
We received the quote via email attachment. After answering various questions I had, which they did quickly and professionally, we accepted the quote. After the quote was accepted Premiere Roofing added us to their schedule. They kept us informed and as the time got close we were called with precise date.
The crew arrived as stated and began setting up. The foreman, Juan, was very professional and helpful. He introduced himself right away and asked if we had any questions or concerns. I had a question about the wiring of the power vents and placement on the roof. He contacted the office and got back with me answering the electrical question and told me where the three power vents should go which I agreed. There was no hidden costs: the cost of the vents on the quote included the vents, installation including the electrician. Since there was much damaged 1x6" boards much more needed to be replaced but this was explained in the quote; there was no hidden costs.
The crew worked tirelessly and professionally throughout the day and kept the debris at a minimum using the trailer and tarps. As I observed their work I was impressed with the foreman, Juan, and the entire crew. They would have finished in one day if there were not so many roofing boards that needed to be cut out and replaced. They worked until dark finishing all the repair work and approximately 75% of the shingle installation. They returned early the next day and were finished the roof and all clean up by noon. We have no negative comment to make about Premiere Roofing or the employees that worked with us and so we highly recommend this company for anyone needing roof repair or replacement such as we had.
