He was very professional, prompt, and patient because we were busy getting ready for a wedding and he stood outside for 15 minutes and I forgot to come back out and pay him because of all the festivities! He was still very kind and he was not annoyed. Great work, he arrived in a timely fashion, and we are very pleased with the completed job.

I called him on a Wednesday and in the midst of his very busy schedule he came out very early in the morning the day of the wedding. Richard and his workers showed up at the designated time. He told me that the job would be done by the end of the day and it was. The cleanup afterwords was immaculate. He told me everything that he was going to do and completed the tasks as stated. A horrible hail storm came in that night and I was nervous about the roof but the next morning everything looked perfect. I would give Richard and his workers five stars and would not hesitate to use him again.

Living in Ohio, you can see all 4 seasons in one day. After this last snow storm we needed new gutters. We called Richard Miller and he was at our home in just a few days, still cold and yucky outside. Gutters were hung in a day! Just in time for us to get the rainfall to fill our cistern. Very professional, in and out in a timely manner. Price was so reasonable, didn't even need to get other quotes. Best part about him, he cleaned up after himself! Definitely recommended!

Richard Miller Roofing. I cannot say enough about the man and his company. Last fall I have 3 areas that had leaked through my ceilings. I cold called Richard. He was involved with getting other jobs finished up. He did come to my home. On the weekend. Assessed the issues and ordered the parts. He was out that next week and completed his job. My ceilings never have leaked again. We discussed a few new roof options and agreed to talk again Spring. I called and his schedule was looking like May early June. We talked cost and my options and signed a work order. Discussed the possibility of getting supplies to the house and some prep work earlier than June. I live within 2 miles. I agreed. Richard and his crew were able to start mid-March. They came out, weather permitting, and the work began. Wow! Like a well oiled machine. Working at a good pace consistently and a minute after the noise stopped they were packed up, cleaned up, and everything put out of the way in neat order. It was like Ninjas. Quietly gone. Haha. He also fabricated on site the entire gutters system. It all runs great. Quickly, unintrusive, orderly and an absolute beautiful outcome. They did a stand alone oversized 4 car workshop garage. Also the entire home and attached garage. You have to understand my home is a 5 bedroom Victorian home. Many angles and bay windows and alcoves..and steep. Like mountain goat steep. I and my very precise husband. Who happens to be 40 years, in glass and CNC fabricating. He's educated about the precision aspect. We both are thrilled at the wonderful work. I say, Thank you very much Richard! Job well done! Respect! That's it. That's all anyone really needs to have testimonial to. Again, Thank you for everything...I would do it all again exactly as it all evolved. ? ?
