Taco John's review: Staff respinse

I placed an order at the Taco Johns in Beloit WI yesterday. My order consisted of a super potatoe ole and 2 beef tacos with only cheese and sour cream. When my Grandson and I went to eat our food, his taco consisted of 2 soft taco shells and shredded cheese. I took the tacos back to the restaurant and let the person behind the counter know what happened and he just stood there and looked at me. I asked for the tacos to be fixed as they were missing the meat and sour cream.Another worker started yelling from the back stating the order screen showed just cheese and the taco shell. I then showed my receipt that dhowed 2 beef tacos with only meat and cheese. He continued to argue with me about what screen said. I again requested the tacos be replaced and he told me I was rude and was not welcome back at the restaurant. I was finally given my tacos and left. All that needed to be done, was acknowledgement of the mistake and an offer of new tacos. I have no interest in eating at your restaurant due to how I was treated. By the way my Grandson and I frequented your restaurant regularly before this experience.
