Taco Bell no air conditioner

I walk into this Taco bell and they had no air conditioner. I complaint about it be to hot and they just said they know. That the unit was broken. It was 105 outside and it was hotter inside. All the employee were sweating on our food. I was sweating right when I walked into the place. I wish I didn't order anything because I wonder now how much sweat was on my food. I think the USDA should go there and shut it down until it's fixed. So, Don't eat at the Highland Ar Taco Bell and the KFC becaise they are in the same building.

You have no sympathy for the employees forced to work in those conditions. It sucks. A couple of years ago, the airconditioning was broken at my old McDonalds store for two weeks. Those two weeks were during a heat wave. Every single day was over 40 degrees Celsius.

In other words, have a heart.

Taco Bell earring in my taco

i recently purchased food at a local taco bell and when i bit into my taco i bit down onto an earring that cut the roof of my mouth. i filed an incident report with them and also went to get a tetanus shot. not only am i disgusted by what happened but i also have concerns that i was put at risk of contracting some other sort of communicable disease. the owner of the local stores contacted his insurance company about the matter and a representative from the insurance company left me a message stating that they are looking into where the earring could have originated from. of course the owner claims that it could not have been in his store since they have a strict policy about jewelry which in my eyes does not guarantee it couldn't of happened locally. i intend on filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency, the health department and discussing an article with the local newspaper but am not sure if i should wait until i get legal counsel in this matter. i am not sure what taco bell intends to do about this matter but i want them to be held accountable for the obvious negligence in this case but need help or advice about what to do next

Taco Bell condition of food

Quality of the food is good but everytime the mexican pizzas are ordered they are always at the bottom of a tiny bag and they are crushed 100% of the time.

The big lady At the drive thru window is so rude. She has been there for a while. Omg everytime I go by there I order several things for my husband & myself. She is scared to give you any Taco sauce. I had oreder 7 things tonight & ask for extra sauce. She slammed a few in the bag. When I get home I have a total of 4.
makes me wonder what the extra was.

Taco Bell unlawful disclosement of information to family member

Greetings Morteza Amirkhani or to whom it may concern:

My name is Mrs. Williams and I have been a faithful employee of Taco Bell since fall of 2009 until yesterday 07/10/2011.

I have received many recognitions and even gifts for Excellent customer service, training of new cashiers and excellent overall knowledge and application of Taco Bells' brilliant concept of customer mania.

Recently a new, team member/shift leader joined us. Her name is Allison. Our store number is 026798, 10005 University Blvd. Orlando Florida. I know terrible treatment from this manager towards me and since she (Allison) is close friends, maybe even an in-law of our G.M. Lisa Lorraine, my complaints have gone unnattended.

June 6, 2011, i felt threatened by Allison, the G.M. was not present so i felt the urgent need to call the authorities. Because i responded calmly and called the authorities, i was let go by both these managers saying i over reacted.

Although i was so hurt by this decision, as i am the only person able to work in my household, I recently found out that Allison has been going behind my back, talking to my husband about all my personal job related information. Which is strictly against Taco Bell rules and regulations! I am seriously considering taking legal action against her and whom ever legal counsel says I should defend myself against in this matter. This is unheard of and i will not sit back and allow this so called manager to get away with causing problems in my marriage, family and my personal life which has nothing to do with Taco Bell at all.

If employees are not even allowed to disclose another employees hours to anyone, i know
Allison's behavior is totally against Taco Bell policy

Taco Bell should train its employees about cleanliness

Did you know that ALL of your staff do not wear "plastic gloves" when handling food?

And, especially after handling money !

A cashier rang up my order and then she then went to prepare my order.

She grabbed tomatoes, nachos, and a handful of lettuce with the same hands that just handles the money !

This is utterly disgusting considering. Money is "DIRTY! (germs)"

I will take my business elsewhere. Thank you.

Taco Bell stole my money

Gave the Cashier $20...she gave me change for a $10...said she did not remember me giving her a $20. (That was the only bill I had in my wallet!) I did not get my food ($9.10 nor did I get the $10)...If the cashiers do this enough, I guess Taco Bell would not even need to pay them as they would get many $10 bills per day---quite a supplemental payday.

the glass is the other percentage of what isnt real beef.
im guessing the op didnt bring it up to the restaraunt. this is very important to do. they will have to remove that batch of whatever may have had the glass in it and report it to the distributor so they can tell other stores that may have also gotten that batch.

Taco Bell ripped off at drive thru

Do not use the drive through at Taco Bell in Lindale, TX.

You will get short changed on $20 bill.

I was traveling from Louisiana to Fort Worth, TX on Memorial Day to perform temporary military duty. I ordered 2 cheesy beef burritos. Total cost was $2.14.

I told the clerk I had a $20 bill and 14 cents. She gave me back $8, and then insisted that even though I said "A twenty" I had only handed her a $10 bill. I asked for the Supervisor to verify the money in the register.

She told me the money was verified. I asked the Supervisor if she checked the clerk's pockets and purse. She told me only the register would be verified. I told them, "Never Mind! I didn't want anything from here!" It costs me $10 for the privilege of their drive through, and I got no food for it.

Taco Bell fired without notice or explanation

On end of feburary I got suspended and I was never informed being fired. In the end of Feburary 25th, I was the closing manager. Me and an employee were horse playing it was nothing serious until. I boby slammed her and she hit her face. She was laughing until she saw her face. I called My general Manager and told him about it. On Sunday I was suppost to go work but he told me that I was suspended until further notice. It almost 2 month now and I still havent been informed what was going to happen. Rather I still have my job or anything. I figured I would know something by now. I know it was being ivestigated. I even called Martin Riggs to see if I had my job or not but he never contacted me. What I dont understand is why havent anybody called me to tell me that I was fired or anything. I have a right to know. There is alot of thing in that company that isnt right. At one time a manager in charge was missing 2 deposits and nothing was done about it. All she had to do was pay them back. and another time there was 500.00 dollars missing under a register that they found but it never came out on the camera and thats because the camera was directed on the register but nothing came out. Which is very wierd. Ive work for taco bell for 5 years and never had a problem before. But what really got me was that nobody ever called to tell me that I was fired or anything and I think I had the right to know.

Taco Bell customer service

The girl working the drive thru window was very unaware of what she was doing. She handed me my food and said here u go, I had to look at it to determine I was missing 4 items. Also when I asked about hot sauce she said they were instructed not to ask the customer if they want some, the customer needs to ask them. Also I got two enchrios and no silverware was given and no napkins. Very bad service and if this is the standard practice I will not be going back.

I have been going to Toco Bell for years. I go to the Bell in Fishkill, New York. The store #028978. For the past 3 weeks I have not been able to order any freeze drinks because the machine is broken. This has happened several times throughout the year. Why can't Toco Bell either have the machine fixed or buy another one. The employees just look at you and say sorry. Get someone to fix it or buy a new one. I'd hate to have to go some where else which I will do if this problem is not fixed real soon. Thank you.

I ordered three taco's with meat and cheese only plus add extra meat. If you've ever ordered a taco from taco bell with meat and cheese only and not specified extra meat then you're well aware of what you get. They give you the alotted meat that comes on a taco with lettuce and tomato's, a sorry excuse for a taco if you prefer meat and cheese only. I got the works! Ok, i know mistakes happen, BUT what i don't expect is the person working the window to argue with me over what i said when i ordered. Besides the fact i know what i said, not once but twice, the last thing any customer wants is to debate their order, JUST CORRECT THE MISTAKE! It's not like i was ugly about it, on the contrary i was polite inspite of my frustration. I was told to pull up and someone would bring my order out. Finally, no apology was offered or anythind said. What happened to customer service? I realize turn over is high and fast food employees a lot of teenagers who could care less. This is a reflection on not only your management but you're franchise.

I haven't seen MTV's SKINS but I strongly disagree with Taco Bell pulling ads from it. American tv has no sexual content compared to tv in Europe. They have progressive people who see the world as it really is and the USA has a bunch of ultra right wing conservative prudes. As long as your chain supports the prudes i refuse to support you. I will eat somewhere else.

Taco Bell horribly dirty kitchen

We recently went to the Taco Bell in Carthage Missouri and the entire floor in the kitchen area was 50% covered in trash (wrappers and such) and food, yes food! They even had a trash can back there which was full and overflowing. I couldnr believe my eyes, completly visible from the ordering area. The Employees were actually kicking the trash out of their way as the walked around. I pulled out my camera and started taking pictures immediatly! I have never seen such a thing and i am a HUGE taco bell fan. The cashier asked me "what are you doing?", I replied "reporting this mess". He replied "oh"!

Needless to say we did not order and went to the Mc Donalds down the street. Not nearly as good of food, but at least we could eat without worring about getting sick.

Taco Bell ghetto rude children running taco bell in new albany ms

So its about 10pm we place our order which took forever, get to window to be told there are no beans to make our order, then she shuts the window before we could even respond. and we could still hear what she wuz saying, she screamed to back man u need to get these folks they beans. I aint tellin um, shoot! Then opens window very rudely not looking at us as she spoke asking us "do we wants" em to make our stuff n jus not put beans on it? well so what would a bean burrito be without the beans? n I said um no thanks just add 2 more tacos and before i could even finish saying that she slammed the doors n my face as i was still talking, did not give me the chance to say not lettuce, so of course when she finally came to the window with tacos i had to say no lettuce and she had horrible attitude rolling her eyes n screaming and laughing with co-workers instead of tending to us, had to ask again for water i ordered. Then when we got our food the chalupa was so hard and old when i bit into it, it cut the roof of my mouth! So i go to take food back they lockeded door as i was walking up didnt let me in had to wait in line at drive thru again it took forever to give them their food back and ask for my money. While waiting i got my reciept to call and it was not even my receipt, not the food i ordered at all nor the price. Called talked to the manager who was more rude and ghetto than clerk at window. Im just asking who in the hell would want these people running their business? OMG!

I just want to know why people think they will get sick from eating a store's food because their floors are dirty. The food never touches the floor, and even if it touched a clean looking floor it's still unsanitary. So there really is no health issue associated with there being paper and lettuce on the ground.

Taco Bell drive through

I had an extremely bad experience while ordering food through drive thru. I had to deal with a rude person by the name of ARIANA! She not only had our order incorrect but also made rude remarks as to why it was our fault the order was wrong. To make matters worse she made remarks to us as we drove away. I don't feel as a customer that I should have been treated the way I did. I advise ARIANA to consider changing her attitude.

Taco Bell customer is always wrong!

Do you go to Taco Bell? Do you like their food? So do I! However, I'm more inclined to order a Burrito Supreme, when I go there, and I like it HOT!
This is where the problem occurs! The company's policy is that they will NOT put in the hot sauce while they are assembling your burrito. They refuse to do that as a service for you. I even tried to bargain with them to bring the open taco to the counter so that I may squeeze in the hot sauce packet myself before they complete putting it together. They also refuse to do that.

This is a corporate-wide policy. Personally, I prefer to eat my food, rather than to wear it. It makes no sense to have to dis-assemble the burrito all over again, at the table, so that I can squeeze in a packet of hot sauce, when they could do it as they are assembling it. And I'm not that adept at properly re-assembling the burrito so that I won't have to wear it.

Consequently, I've been avoiding on going to those restaurants lately. I don't have any fight left in me. It would take thousands of people to make their displeasure known, before they take notice, and any policy gets changed.

Don't you worry sonny, I asked them to do the sauce before putting in the order. I even offered a compromise to somehow put in the sauce before they closed the burrito. I walked out on many of those places when they treated such a simple request as the end of the world, and the customer as the enemy.

This is also my last post to trolls who have no respect for the elderly, are too ###ic to understand disabilities, and have no concept of being charitable to their fellow man. It is no use to attempt to have an intelligent exchange with low IQ ###ic people, who can't spell, and only express themselves with shameful language. I understand that they also worship bad customer service!

Update by zonofabee
Mar 23, 2011 8:59 pm EDT

I guess the IQ thing is showing up again! Doesn't sound very educated, and can't even spell! Can't even understand what some disabled people have to go through just to get by in life. You know that old saying, "what goes round, comes round". You reap what you sow. Just don't complain when some misfortune suddenly creeps up on you, and mows you down. Is that what it will take to make you understand? Sad, really sad!

Update by zonofabee
Mar 23, 2011 8:31 pm EDT

It's interesting to see how many people who have read this posting, are quite uncharitable towards their fellow man. And all that vulgarity! I guess that they are demonstrating their IQ. They should be ashamed of themselves! A similar attitude as Taco Bell's! I guess that they will learn when it is too late, and Nature catches up with them, and severely limits the abilities that they currently enjoy.

Another analogy. Do you like to eat steak? Many people do. Now what if you went into a restaurant, and ordered the steak rare, and it is served to you well done (mostly burnt). Consequently you are not getting what you ordered, or are paying for, so you complain about it, and that you wanted a "rare" steak. The waiter gives you some very eloquent expletives, and calls you some not-so-flattering names, and refuses to take the steak back, and bring you what you ordered, then walks away. What would be your reaction if that happened to you? Considering some of the shameful language that I've read here, I can just Imagine what some of the readers here would do.

Update by zonofabee
Mar 23, 2011 6:00 pm EDT

Some of you just don't get it, do you? Sure, it sure is a bummer of not getting the simple services which we would expect as a customer. This nation is going down the tubes when it comes to polite service. It is almost non existent now.
For all you know, I probably have severe arthritis and cannot use my hands like to used to when I was young. A service like squirting a tube of hot sauce into a burrito would be quite a boon for handicapped people.
With hands that don't operate normally, re-assembling a burrito is quite a pain. But for Taco Bell, this makes no difference! All they want is your money and "the hell with you", otherwise.

I know this post is old, but anyone who holds a grudge against taco bell employees for not putting extra hot sauce in your burrito is a complete asinine ###. First off, any autistic child can put hot sauce on the burrito while they eat it rather than opening it up and putting the sauce inside the burrito. They cant bring the food to the counter because they have food safety regulations to follow and they shouldn't have to risk getting other people sick so you can have your sauce inside the burrito. And I mean really? No respect for the elderly? Come on granny, if you're too old and fragile to put your own hot sauce on a burrito, you shouldn't be eating fast food OR DRIVING (old people driving should be a crime) in the first place.
I now step off of my soap box.

Well, ya know, the bottom line here is, if you don't like the way the food is served, don't eat there. No more, no less. Go somewhere that will make your food the way you want it. I wouldn't continually go somewhere that I knew wasn't going to make what I want. Call me picky that way.

I don't eat at Taco Bell. Their food sux as far as I'm concerned. I prefer Del Taco but I don't know if they have those stores everywhere. As far as putting hot sauce on, I just squirt a little from the packet for each bite. Then I can control the amount of sauce I'm getting. I don't usually use the sauce cuz I have a habit of dribbling it down my shirt. And, of course, I would have to wear a white shirt when I go. LOL

Taco Bell laid off due to lack of work

I worked at Taco Bell at 10917 Carolina Place parkway from June 2006 to July 2010 and I was told on july 6 that I was laid off due to lack of work but I was not given any notice on the last day that I worked July 3 2010 I was not told that maybe that they would cut my hours, pay me less. They just upped and fired me after 4 years! The reason I am writing this now is I am warning people not to buy anything from this Taco Bell b/c they don't even treat their employees with respect!

I have complained to the mangers, I don't know how many times over the years.
I am tried of my food 90% of the time is wroing
No one seems to care.
If ask for no sour cream you get sour cream
If you ask for lettuse and tomato you pay for it, but you do not get it. I can go to another taco bell at cherry tree
Which is always right. But why should I driver further because some is not doing there job right or just don't care. Please have some do something about this!

Taco Bell beefy crunchy burrito

I've purchased several of those beefy crunchy burrito throughout Fountain Valley and Huntington Beach, CA - I notice I was having this extremely horrible headaches - I'm 54 years of age and I have never experienced headaches or migraines - so I tried to think what I had been doing different since the onset of these excruciating headaches. The new beefy burrito - so I stopped consuming them for 4 - 5 days. Stopped into a Taco Bell - ordered the crunchy burrito and within a few hours - my headache had returned. I also noticed I actually craved this item. There must be some chemical they use that actually makes me crave them - and in turn gives me an excruciating headache. I will no longer be eating at Taco Bell..

Taco Bell beef in my burrito

I am a vegetarian, and me and my family clearly told Taco Bell that we did not eat any meat, and that it was against our religion. The waitress was barely listening to us, and when we recieved our food, my entire burrito was filled with beef. We asked for a refund, but the waitress was really rude about it, and called in her manager. We had to fight to get our money back just for four burritos we ordered filled with beef.

nwloans...whoever you are, you are full of crap.

"giving DRUGS not approved by FDA to CHILDREN" is slanderous. It is classified as Slander per se. The post has no foundation and is not backed by any fact, written or verbal. The mere fact that this statement has been made by CRF INVESTORS LLC in this forum is a direct attempt to discredit our company and then lay the illegal foundation to back out of our signed an notarized JV Agreement.

Nutalan Nutraceuticals was indeed defrauded by CRF INVESTORS LLC. We have several documents, emails and telephone conversations to prove the fraud. So, our written compliant of fraud and then the Slander [Slander per se] stands as fact and cannot be refuted no matter what you try to imply.

CRF Investors response is an out and out lie. Nutralan Nutraceuticals has never sold any product in the US or any part of the world to children. As a matter of fact Nutralan Nutraceuticals has never sold any of its products in any markets period. Our products line has not been introduced. Our formulation designed for the juvenile market is under stick guard protected by NDA's that are not for public view. To state that we have sold or have administered this US patented protected product to anyone without FDA approval is false in its content. Every product that we design is OTC delivered and does not need FDA approval.

CRF Investors LLC is a company run by uneducated and very stupid managers and owners. That do know the difference between a Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical. The statement about is slanderous in nature and is not back by any fact other than they, CRF pulled out, for no viable reason on a $5MM USD JV Agreement. This fact is true and is unmitigated. CRF Investors LLC is in fact at fault and has no legal issue with our company.
Warning...NEVER EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...NEVER. Seek legal council if you have been defrauded.

Nutralan Nutraceuticals, Mike Darovec was a past client that we were doing a Joint Venture Partnership that we canceled during our due diligence period because they are giving DRUGS not approved by FDA to CHILDREN

We have the right to cancel. Sorry we can not make everyone HAPPY

THATS PROBALLY WHY THEY START ALL THESE LIES.

My attorney will take care of them the legal way.

Thanks

In the span of one year, twice I bought tacos late at night to experience tremendous stomach aches and nausea. The first time after eating at this location I suspected the tacos, but I assumed I was catching the flu. My latest experience, after purchasing the tacos late at night, I was extremely ill. After consulting with my physician, I was diagnosed with...
