Swissport International review: Checking desk staff

Im referring to a checking desk staff called AMRANI MAJDA for being so disrespectful and rude towards Ryanair cabin crew from STN. The lady is known as a nightmare to all of STN CC due to her lack of communication skills and adapting racism as a way of speaking and communicating.
On this flight Rk1365, I was staff travel. The lady responsible for checking desk agent was so rude and racist with me being a STN CC. The lady prevented me to do the normal procedure for boarding the A/C and she was insulting me in front of everybody while being on staff travel. The lady tried to show bad reputation about Ryanair by insulting me and my company as well for not having tickets as having a standby ticket.
The lady took a picture of my ID as she asked me about it while not telling me or having permission.
The lady was threatening me by doing something bad about my job and not to ever dare to land in Rabat airport.
The lady hold my passport and not giving it to me back.
The lady was treating me bad and shouting in front of passengers and claiming that we are slaves of Ryanair.
