Swagbucks review: I just keep getting the runaround through emails

I tried calling the number listed on this site and it's an automatic hang up. it doesn't even ring once. I tried again and same thing. Hung up on me twice. Are you sure there are real people working there? I'm trying to update my phone contact number in my account and they want me to send a picture of my real ID on another site called Persona and that site is broken. Two solid days of this ****! I read reviews of Swagbucks on trustpilot before joining them and they must have paid for the positives on there. Maybe I should find Persona's number and call them.
