I LOVE FunEx! Their website is easy to use, their prices are wonderful, and the choices of activities is always being updated. Getting tickets is also very easy. Since they can be emailed if you lose your ticket, you can always reprint them. I always check FunEx before I make any plans. Now they even have activities outside their physical locations!

Amazing user experience! I purchased tickets for Legoland today, and the prices are not only competitive but the sequence in buying tickets AND making reservations to use the tickets are all completed via FunEx' site-- I didn't need to visit Legoland's site separately to complete the reservation (full disclosure: I did go to Legoland's site, I did try to make a reservation using the tickets purchased at FunEx, and I was pleasantly surprised to see the reservation was already existent on Legoland's end, courtesy of the integration built by FunEx). This was great, and I am so happy that my usual go-to vendor site wasn't working so that I could try FunEx. Thank you, FunEx, for offering this service in a very user-friendly manner!

Don't waste your time. I purchased tickets to go to the FunEx event and they charged my credit card and wouldn't release the tickets pending additional verification. I had to call a phone number and they wanted me to send a copy of my ID for proof of identity. I texted a copy of my work photo ID proving my employment relationship with the company I listed when I signed up and they stated they needed a copy of my government ID. I've never had to do that for an online order which successfully charged my credit card, and it's not worth the invasion of privacy just to save a few bucks on tickets. Wonder how long it will take them to reverse the charge and how much spam email I will get for having already given them my contact details to sign up for the account.
