Svelte Media review: One and done $29 ( 1 comment)

Last year September I signed up to a programme that was advertised as a one off payment of $29, I was worried as they didn’t have PayPal so you had to give credit card details but I was ensured it was only one payment, so unfortunately I trusted them and went ahead, they offer free trials of programmes but they are not free and after 7 days they started debiting my card with $49 USD which is about $75 AUD per month, I had no idea this was going as I was ill at the time and over 10 months I lost $750 with no benefit at all because I never accessed anything. They say they won’t refund all the payments as I didn’t cancel within 60 days, how can you cancel if you are unaware they are debiting you, I feel they are very devious and looking online this seems to be a common practice as the exact same thing has happened to numerous others, google complaints, look on BBB, look on Trust Pilot, this is how they operate, wish there was a way to stop them and maybe start a class action to get our money back.
