Simplilearn Americas Wharton’s AI for Decision Making

This company took 3K for online live sessions course and my son is still waiting for the live online sessions to be scheduled. Total scam! Got on phone with their support folks but with no redressal for the issue. Support staff is India based while their Sales guys are local in US to scam American customers claiming coursed from Universities like Wharton.. phew, the reality seems different as the whole business model appears to fool unsuspecting students out of their money with false advertisements – the course enrollment deadline was the biggest joke as first time my son enrolled they mentioned the deadline expired the same day and they enrolled him for other batch, which again was a false start. My son had to call them twice to get the new dates and finally they held an online live session, a good 2-3 weeks later than the revised deadline. With three false starts, the refund policy within seven days of enrollment – what does it say of the company’s business model and taking students for ride with excuses offered that seemed all so convenient lies that is never seen with other online courses. This company is nowhere comparable to Coursera etc so watch out and avoid when you have other options. Given their published policy and how little control my son and I have over getting the refund is a matter of grave concern and a warning for others who get to read this experience. I plan to report to BBB and AGs – getting refund is not being the only objective, I want to bring this before authorities because all in all this company needs to be watched and reported for its business practices with US customers.

No person deserves being scammed out of thousands with no delivered results even after 45 days – and deal with their ridiculous 7-day refund policy, which is outrightly a malpractice considering my son waited in all full earnest and the three false starts that went beyond the 7-days post enrollment, as if it does not matter how one feels about the course and or delays caused by the company. How the heck anyone exercise their right to ask for refund without even getting to attend a single session that occurs after the refund window has closed on them. My first recourse before I take the issue to other levels, is to share the harrowing experience here for people to learn and avoid the trap with this company!

Simplilearn Americas poor infrastructure and administration

I want to share my experience with everyone so that no one suffer like me. Initially I thought simplilearn might be the best institute to learn salesforce. I saw couple of training videos for few minutes. It was very sweet and soft before I made my payment for salesforce training. Training cost was 20k. I told thim that my budget was 10k and they was ready to offer me at that price. I had little doubt that point of time. Anyway, class started and trainer was very regular in starting class late and we use to wait for trainer for long time. It was very disappointing. During classes, trainer was very rude. Trainer create such situation where you feel that you don't know anything and trainer knows everything. Trainer won't allow you to ask anything because he does not know any topics of salesforce in depth. He use to teach only very basic topics of salesforce. Later I realized that he does not know anything of salesforce. Even he has never worked for any company as a salesforce developer or consultant. He does not have any real life experience working with salesforce. Also I can guarantee that he is also not getting job in salesforce. Because as a salesforce consultant people are earning 30 / 40 lacs salary. I was very disappointed on myself that I have not done enough research before joining his training program. There were many other better choices available. As they offered me training at lower price, I joined his classes and lost entire money. I would strongly recommend everyone that do not join his classes if you want to get a job.

Simplilearn Americas worst salesforce training by simplilearn

I have wasted my money and time all reviews are above fake, I have attended classes
personally please do not misguided any one with a wrong review and trainer doesn't know deep what tech as he required and all basics learn from tutorial and teaches in class and only basics he covers

If some one has any question please walk in toSimplilearn and ask to old students personally

Very important every one must have question like how they got this much review
Please join for any course once the course started some body will ask you to please post a positive review it's 10000% sure and true Trust me guys
I don't want to miss guide any one it's all up to you

I’m having trouble getting back my refund, as Simplilearn enrolled me for a wrong training/ program.

Some people in team or very RUDE while trying to work with them on my refund…
