I used this service knowing I would be rewriting it upon being received to ensure my tone shines through. I really just needed help with the bones of it, which is exactly what I got. I would not have been able to submit it without revising it myself because it just wasn't the level of writing I needed, but would have been great for bachelors-level work. Yesterday, I had an urgent order with Paper Help (paperhelp.org). I needed help with a single statistics question and paid $56 for it. I gave the writer 24 hours to complete the task. However, the writer (Writer ID #[protected]) did not do anything. They saw my message but ignored me. After the deadline passed, the writer abandoned my order and disappeared.

I was frustrated and contacted their support team to file a complaint. Unfortunately, they did not issue any punishment to the writer. They did help me find a new writer, but the previous writer had already wasted 24 hours of my time. The new writer had only three hours to complete my homework, which was due at 11:55 pm. In the end, the new writer could not finish my homework on time, and I had to submit an incomplete assignment via email. This is not an acceptable way to submit homework, and I am not sure if my professor will accept it.

Why would they assign my order to someone not qualified after I made it for a top writer? I'm sure there are some writers that are qualified, but not many, and they're probably already recommended by clients they've done work for before and are unavailable. I would not recommend using this website and would suggest using another one instead.

Despite me repeatedly asking the support team to find a low to medium level writer instead of a "top" level writer to edit the assignment, they failed to do so. I even allowed four extra days for the assignment to be completed, which could have contributed to a reduction in additional cost they were asking for. After four days of failing to find such a writer, I had no choice but to pay the $162 they were asking for in the first place. I ended up paying far too much and losing four days worth of time as well, all for editing a paper they didn't get right the first time. All I was given in that order as compensation was a 10% off coupon, which was for another issue I had with the order as well - a 35% coupon code that did not work when initially placing the order, that I had to argue with them for days to get. If a PaperHelp employee reads this, I am referring to orders: #[protected] - the problematic revision/editing order, #[protected] - the original order I had to create a new order for to be revised, and order #[protected] - the order mentioned earlier that was a second version of this paper I opted to pay for, that was not written well at all. Despite my repeated requests for compensation, their support team on the last revision/editing order kept denying providing any, making me consider looking into other paper writing services who will treat customers better and don't leave an impression of greed and that they only care about charging as much money as possible from the customer, as in this situation I felt as though they were set on forcing me into paying the original additional amount, lying and not even trying to find another writer who would do the work for less money.

Other than the terrible experience with that one paper, my other orders and experiences with VIP support, writers, and the finished assignments I've received have been excellent so far. In the good experiences I've had, I've always had my assignments completed and given to me far before the deadline I requested. Although I do have a hunch that this might be a ploy to get more money out of people, but it may just be them making sure nothing is left until the last minute to be completed by the writers. But don't even think about asking for money back if you want to extend the due date you originally requested, you won't get that money back no matter how much more time you give them. Some writers are very courteous and amazing, others seem greedy and/or lazy. How your order turns out really is hit or miss, but thankfully I've mostly had great experiences.

I would continue to use their service for the writers I've had great experiences with and noted their ID, and for papers that I have lots of time to have completed before submission is due so the cost will be low. Overall, PaperHelp is a great service to use if you have the money to spare and need an assignment in a pinch, have lots of time before the assignment is due, and if the assignment you are requesting is not too complex. If it is complex, make sure you have extra money to give them if they request it after placing the order and/or and extra sources/help to provide for the writers so they can complete the assignment properly.

All in all, for the most part, they have helped me out a lot tremendously, but at times can be greedy in the amount they demand. I would and have recommended their services to friends who have had mostly positive experiences with their orders, but I will also be looking at reviews for other paper writing services. However, PaperHelp has helped me out tremendously in the past, and I will continue to use and recommend their services and certain writers I've had good experiences with for now.

Definitely had multiple issues before finding an above-average writer. I paid for a top writer and definitely did not receive that. After I handed in the paper that was written I received a fail grade and was charged 173$ usd for the work. Top writer, editor review, and almost all the extras. I also gave the writer over 2 weeks to write the 5-page essay. Not only did I not receive a university capable writer the writer literally made up citations and used nearly half a page in fill-in words to try and meet the word count. Upon this, I notified support like 3x and they did nothing except say the writer met the criteria. Lmao. I explained 3x how it was a horrible job and asked how the editor was even letting the work be approved. After complaining several times the support and writer asked for several extensions. I was able to provide two extensions as I gave myself a little time before the deadline just in case. Even after the extensions the work was still very bad. Man, I was so freaking anxious waiting for my order to get matched with a writer who knows what's up with my topic. Here is the complaints I sent to them.
So many formatting errors with Chicago and some misspellings. Sometimes you used Arial and other times you used Times Roman in the footnotes. There was inconsistent formatting throughout the paper. The footnotes were not always double spaced and the indent is a mess. I wrote about 40 pages and sent it to you in the middle of November. I also did the bibliography. It seems to me you really spent a minimum amount of time considering I did a lot of the heavy work at the beginning.
From the writing, it looks like you only did a few pages of the work. Once again I wrote the 40 pages which I am glad that you used but a few pages of work is not worth 2000 dollars.
I hired them in mid-November and they had until Jan 25th to get it done. They did not send a rough draft until the day of the deadline. I kept asking about rough drafts since the beginning. They did not directly answer my question about rough drafts.
The conclusion is way too short for such a long paper.
I think I should get a 1000 dollar discount. I already did a lot of the work.

These people were rude and didn't want to help me to upload my files with the instructions for my writer. However, after I asked them to call me back TWICE, they become more polite and friendly. This terrible company has let me down.
I am very angry and disappointed at the same time.
First of all, services like this are not cheap. I needed them to write a paper consisting of 60 pages. Academic level: professional. Deadline: 2 weeks (I even had more, but decided to do everything ahead of time). It cost me 1140 dollars.
I work and earn enough, but because of my job I have no time for doing things like this by myself, that's why they exist - for people like me and for those who are simply lazy.
What I got from them was worse than if I tried to do it on my own. Many spelling mistakes, plus the text itself as poorly rewritten. Yes, it was a copy-and-paste product!
I had no time to check it (I thought they did it for me) and got into trouble.

I told them that I have only a week and that I need my essay on a certain date and they said ok. I worked very hard and finished two essays right on time. I told them many times that I have only a week but it seems like they did not care at all! Avoid this scam at all costs!
