Hawaii Energy Connection review: Customer service

Solar system down, called for repair, 3/16/26, service tech to come out on 3/19/26. service tech called had car trouble will come next day. didn't show up , no one called. had to call to rescheduled. Rescheduled for 3/28/26. tech said batteries need to be replaced, should take 4-6 weeks. 4/02/26 called office to see if work package was submitted (pre tech suggestion). office said they will have someone contact Manufacture on status of battery replacement, will contact me.. Called 5/11/26, 5/12/26, 5/19/26 and 6/22/26 on status. Office said they will call manufacture again. it's been 14 weeks with no call back on any type of schedule to replace the batteries.
