Ottawa Elite Construction review: Wooded walkway, stairs and dock.
I hired Isaak Friesen of Ottawa Elite Construction to build an access to the water and a dock. I paid 50% or $12k of the estimate up front. He completed some of the walkway and is now ghosting me. He left tools behind and uninstalled sections of the walkway. Both the BBB and the OPP have contacted him with no result. I am a senior so this can be considered Elder Abuse.
Claimed loss: $12000
Desired outcome: Completion of the job.
