Louis Silverstein a/k/a Louis Silverstein, Managing Member SilverLeaf Development, LLC has nearly destroyed a community in Philadelphia, PA. He constructed five homes that all have substantial water problems. Instead of repairing the problems, he constructed a wall of bs and has failed to remedy the problem after several years. His actions have and had nearly destroyed numerous families.

His wife is a lawyer who went to one of the worst law schools in the country, California's Whittier, where the only reason this idiot got in was because she is the daughter of a former Italian ambassador. At least Joe Kennedy got his kids into Harvard.

This is one of the worst people to deal with. If he is involved with ANY house or other real estate you are considering purchasing, DO NOT BUY.
