They did a amazin' job on my new balcony. They tore down the old one, got all the required permits for me, dealt with the HOA. First class all the way. Excellent clean up too. Highly recommend this company.

I can't say enough how happy I am with Green Exterior Remodeling. Micky F was there when I needed from beginning to end and Bob and his team were awesome! They answered all my questions and were always polite and attentive. I definitely recommend them for your remodeling needs!

The salesmen Angelo was awesome and helped us figure out exactly what we needed. The install team, led by Chris and his bro Bobby, was super professional and did an amazing job, even working late into the night to make sure we had our room finished in time for the celebration we were having with fam!

Green Exterior Remodeling did a amazin job on my backyard trex wood porch. Wasnt sure what design or the exact size I wanted but a representative was able to come out next day and show me all my possibilities. The porch turned out great and has been used many times already. Thanks again to the amazin team!

GXR did a fantastic job on my Grandmother's home. The sales rep, Bryan U, explained the process to her and answered any questions on the spot. Ricardo and his crew completed the entire job in 2 days, replacing every window in the home. There was no debris left. I give GXR 10/10! Timely, professional, clean! Our gazebo and spa pergola looks wonderful and was build to last and on schedule. We will enjoy it for many decades to come. The owner *** Green and his team are the epitome of excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company and look forward to usin' them for future projects.

GXR was great to work with from quote to completion. They communicated great throughout the process and answered questions quickly and fully, either through the app or by picking up the phone. They were really accommodating while we were away and worked hard even when not around. We left and came back to a finished project. I would recommend their services to anyone and will definitely consider working with them again. You can't find a better deal when working with them.

Hired Green Exterior Remodeling to build a covered patio. I got a book of 15 pages with notes, txt messages, voice messages, photos, ring camera vids, emails and several witnesses, but I'll sum up the experience. Company was supposed to take away sand/stones, but they dumped 'em on neighbor's empty lot, came back to remove, left a big hole and damaged his fence. Framing went great, roofer came to work on roof, left and didn't come back that day, rained that evening - back of my home was flooded. Owner and his Dad came to stop the leak around midnight - didn't hear from anyone the next day - called insurance company to file a claim, owner wanted me to withdraw claim, we did, lots of interior work needed. Company sent workers to repair, interior repairs were so bad they had to be redone. The new concrete patio didn't drain right, had to be dug up and redone. Workers were rude and damaged more stuff. I paid full contract amount, but was promised drainage issue would be fixed (it wasn't) - I was lied to. What I got was part of porch not painted, white paint on side of my home, concrete on my siding, hiring someone to fix my neighbor's lot/fence, fixing my draining issue and having some interior repairs redone. I wasn't compensated for any personal property or items I had to repair/replace. One of the worker's even picked up a big garbage bag of trash and threw it at me. My hubby has breathing issues - we were left cleaning up dust and debris for two days. Bought some air purifiers to help. Hired a cleaning company to come and clean up the mess we were left with. The owner is really rude/disrespectful. This is just a quick sum-up of my experience. I'm a real estate appraiser with 25 years of experience and this is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I was promised things that weren't kept.

I don't need his fake apology, I'm writing this review in the hope others won't make the mistake I did by hiring his business. Admittedly his employees do great work. They know the man. My review is about the owner's and sales representative's lack of communications and follow through. September 16 I signed a contract to remodel our back porch. It was agreed the project could be completed by November 6 in time for a wedding to be held in our backyard on November 7 with the porch being the focal point. I assumed materials were ordered and the project would begin in a couple weeks. October 1 Waiting for a call at any time to let me know of a start date. No one texted, called or emailed. I made calls to Green Exterior Remodeling inquiring of a time line. I was told the stones for the project were in, just waiting on the Trex. Great. Good to hear. October 26 No more communication from Green Exterior Remodeling until I called and inquired of the Trex. I was informed they could not get the color of Trex I had ordered. Had I known this earlier it could have been dealt with earlier. Shaun, the owner, stated and promised that he could still complete the project by November 6. Great. All was well. November 2 Start date. Green Exterior Remodeling removed our professionally installed awning to get started. The stone order was brought to the site. The order had not been checked for accuracy. There were no corners sent with the order. Their decision was to put up non-matching corners. November 6- Day before wedding We had to hire a company to come in and hang lighting and curtains to hide the porch and construction. November 7- Wedding day The wedding was a success, after the porch was hidden. November 9 We were still waiting for correct corner stones. November 17 Wrong spindles for railings were brought to site. Had to special order to complete the railings. November 19 Spindles were installed and the awning was installed crooked. The crew stated they would be back in a day or so to straighten the awning. Calls to Green Exterior Remodeling were not answered, Calls to Shaun G were not returned. December 4 Still no response to my calls to finish the job. I opened a dispute with Synchrony Bank because Green Exterior Remodeling would not return to finish the job. December 18 A crew came to my home at 6pm in the evening to straighten the awning, with a threat that if we did not sign his completion form first, they would not straighten the awning.

We replaced wooden deck with the composite Trex. Excellent craftmanship. Completion on a timely basis. Good communication throughout. A little more expensive than some other quotes, but worth it.

Fraudulent. First page of their website offers a 15% discount for seniors but then the owner of the company Shawn G will not honor that once they gave me the quote for the job. Giving a one star rating is deceiving. I wanted to leave zero stars. Very unprofessional and rude.

We are very pleased with the quality of services provided by Green Exterior Remodeling, LLC. They answered and responded to all of questions in a timely manner. They also provided suggestions and ideas when we couldn't make our minds up. No complaints here just very happy and pleased customers.

We started this project in Aug-Dec 2020 to replace our deck and add a roof and screen. Throughout the process, there were a few different crews that came to work on it, as they subcontracted the job. Each crew assured us that they would come back and complete the finishing touches once they received the necessary parts. However, they never returned to address the issues shown in the photos. These issues include loose boards that need adjusting, nail holes that need filling, loose netting that needs adjusting, and trim for the netting that was used in pieces and needs replacing.

At one point, they did bring in new netting and trim (img1442), but unfortunately, it was raining at the time. They promised to come back later to install it, but it took them a few weeks to return, and when they did, they only picked up the trim and netting without replacing anything. I have tried reaching out to Shaun, the owner, through email and phone calls, but I have not received any response.

I believe the best solution would be for them to come back and repair/finish the work they promised instead of avoiding me for months. It's frustrating to have to deal with this situation for such a long time.

I gave Mr. G $200 to file the paperwork for my sc*** porch with the HOA, but he won't give it back. I reached out to G Exterior Remodeling to get a quote for building the porch. The salesperson came and gave me a quote. I tried calling and emailing to make changes and ask questions, but got no response. The owner came out because I was unhappy and couldn't get in touch with the salesperson. We talked about a different solution and I agreed to go ahead. He asked for a $200 check to fill out the HOA form and submit it. After two weeks, I got the form back from the salesperson with a picture that didn't match what I had discussed with the owner. They also told me I had to file it myself. I never signed a contract. I've asked many times for my $200 back, but the owner won't give it to me. I have lots of emails if you need them.
