Broke concrete, made uneven patio worse
The workers came out to level our concrete patio. They put too much product in and the patio rose too high and bowed in the middle. So they decided to lift the other patio up to level them off and ended up cracking 2 cement pads. They filled in the cracks and said they would get with their boss to see what needs to be done. The owner has not reached out to us and won’t respond back to us. If I have to, I will take him to court.
Recommendation: Do not trust them. They do not stand behind their work
