I am writing to formally report a serious incident that occurred at your 1607 N Dysart Rd, Avondale, AZ 85392 location. While traveling, Saturday, April 5, 2025 and I stopped for a car wash, only to have your high-pressure dryers severely damage my vehicle, breaking my side mirror and roof panel.
When I sought assistance, the attendant called the manager. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the manager was blatantly rude and dismissive. When I requested to fill out an incident report, he walked away and never returned. Another attendant later apologized for his behavior, but that does not change the fact that I was denied the basic courtesy of support from management.
Due to this damage, I was forced to travel 3.5 hours without a side mirror, a critical safety feature. This reckless negligence created a highly dangerous situation for me, and your company's refusal to provide proper assistance is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the manager’s first response to me was, "Your truck is old anyway." This kind of service and disregard for customer safety is shocking and inexcusable.
I demand immediate action to address this matter. I expect a formal response acknowledging the damage to my vehicle, an apology for the disrespectful behavior of your manager, and swift steps toward resolution. Please advise on how you will rectify this situation. There is video footage.
