Super Star Car Wash review: Damage to my vehicle

Pumper was ripped off during the car wash. The bottom section of my bumper was ripped off completely, and I had to go retrieve it within the car wash tunnel. I’ve had nobody responded to me, and this is absolutely ridiculous. I filled out your complaint. Even your employee has attitude when he tells me my bumper wasn’t not secured properly please I’ve been a member. I’ve ran my car through at 868 times the last six weeks no problems today you get ripped off I believe there’s a malfunction going on with your tool when it move the car along I don’t know what the problem is, but I need my bumper fixed immediately.
