Super Star Car Wash review: Damage to my car, front mirror

Damage to my 2021 Lexus car

Please take note that on August 2, 2023, at approximately 9:55am, I took my 2021 Lexus, Model NX300H, LIC# 8VVS387 VIN# JTJGJRDZ0M2158909 to Super Star Car Wash located at 1662 Pacific Coast Highway, Harbor City California 90710. Upon entering the car wash site, I paid with a credit card and drove my car through the car wash for the machines to wash my car. I then drove my car to the designated drying area and Immediately noticed that the mirror on front, driver's side was bent backwards and damaged. This side mirror was so flexible that it did not lock back into the correct position. I then approached a staff member and requested to speak with a manger. The Manager listened to my concern and made a visual inspection of my car and asked that I document my concern/issue onto the "Customer Service Claims" ("Form"). I completed the Form and documented my concern/issue as the Manager requested. The Manager provided me with a copy of the Form and said someone from Customer Service Claims will contact me within 48 hours. Also know that my aunt, Judy Cunningham at [protected] was also present when Super Star Car Wash damaged my car and she may serves as a witness to this incident. YOUR IMMEDIATE ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER IS APPRECIATED. ALSO KNOW THAT I AN UNABLE TO DRIVE MY CAR AS THE DAMAGE MADE TO MY CAR IS SAFETY ISSUE RELATED AND THE COLLISION WARNING LIGHT IS NO LONGER WORKING. MADISON HERMOSILLO at [protected]

Desired outcome: FIX THE DAMAGE CAUSED TO MY CAR BY SUPER STAR CAR WASH, WHICH IS THE LEFT SIDE FRONT MIRROR.
