I been using Go Wrench to swap my tires for 3 seasons now
I been using Go Wrench to swap my tires for 3 seasons now. Last time the tech came to my house on Nov 30, 2021, he said my tire caps were gone from the wheels and weren't put back after the last tire change. He said I should talk to the owner about getting new ones, so I emailed Kolton U. that same day. Kolton never replied to me and I sent him 8 emails about it. I trust Go Wrench to change my tires right. I don't know anything about wheel caps and when the tech said they were gone and I should talk to the owner, I thought he'd help me fix it. But he's ignoring me now that his tech messed up. I need your help to fix this and make sure the right wheel caps are ordered and put on right.
