I ordered a saw stand on March 18, and have heard nothing about shipping or arrival as of April 17th. The company answering machine asks the amount of your order. If it is less than $500 you can’t even talk to a person. They suggest messaging them at their company website, but that gets no response. I put my order in as over $500, and they rang me through to customer service but no one ever answered the phone after 30 rings. I think I’ll dispute the charge on my credit card as merchandise not received. Maybe that will get someone’s attention. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Recommendation: Avoid ordering from this company at all costs.
Agree! Avoid this company- they advertise items they do not have; if you place an order, you’ll wait several weeks w/ a pending charge and can not communicate with anyone to check status. False advertisement.
Agree. Have being trying to take receipt of a $2000 riding lawnmower I ordered September of 2024. First they wanted to charge me and extra $800 to deliver it even though it was on a $100 shipping special clearly outlines on the invoice. I financed this purchase on 6 months same as cash through Affirm and paid it off in 4. I cannot get any return from email, written letters, or online chat. I am told the matter has been "escalated" 5 times now, with not return phone call or anything. I've filed complaints with both the States of California and Washington Attorney General's offices. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau. They don't care. They wont' answer, won't pretend to help and I'm out over $2000.
