I ordered a saw stand on March 18, and have heard nothing about shipping or arrival as of April 17th. The company answering machine asks the amount of your order. If it is less than $500 you can’t even talk to a person. They suggest messaging them at their company website, but that gets no response. I put my order in as over $500, and they rang me through to customer service but no one ever answered the phone after 30 rings. I think I’ll dispute the charge on my credit card as merchandise not received. Maybe that will get someone’s attention. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Recommendation: Avoid ordering from this company at all costs.
