I ordered from Rubber Flooring April 1, with a proposed shipping date of 4/10. 4/10 came and went. I called and was told they would follow up the next day, it didn't happen. I emailed, never heard back. After a week of calling without answers, they told me that they had spoken to the manufacturer and it would take two more weeks (4/28). On 4/29, after it still hadn't shipped they told me that it was back ordered and I would have to cancel the order, but not to worry because they had a similar part in stock. They told me that the part would ship out 5/8 and I would have it 5/1 0 and that I would see my refund in a couple of days. 5/8 came and went. I used the chat feature to check status and I was promised a follow up email while they checked status, no follow up email. I called and was told that the manufacturer was closed for the weekend and that I would receive a follow up phone call and email on the following Monday. I received neither follow up email nor phone call. It's 5/11 and the refund is not showing in PayPal, but I've been billed twice for things that I do not have. I have seen a lot of similar reviews below and wish I had read them before. Complaintsboard.com needs to reevaluate the "A" because this appears to be a pattern and it discredits the A+ rating from here.

We made an order for *** roles from this company on June 29th and found that it was going to take a month to receive our product. We decided that was to long and cancelled with a rep by the name of *** on July 2nd. She told us to go ahead and accept the shipment and sell it ourselves. We again asked her to cancel. She said she would cancel the order and send us an email. We never received anything and have spent the last week trying to get the items cancelled. There have been several phone conversations with several people with no resolution. Then we were told that the items had shipped. We finally spoke with a customer service rep today July 7th. We asked that the calls be pulled and what... They heard the phone call and saw that the original rep had not cancelled the order or put in any notes that the request had been made. Finally after days of calling and hours on hold they said they would return our money after they receive the product back from the shipping company! What wait that is not my problem or my mistake. Dealing with this company has been horrible and they are holding our money because their rep did not do her job. This is not acceptable. *** COMPANY! We have our bank involved at this point to help get our money back.

Unfriendly and rude customer service. Got double charged for shipping because they failed to call and schedule delivery and I was out of town. Do not recommend. Use another company.

(although shorthanded) were very pleasant to talk to and work with. My flooring came in a couple inches short which really messed up my flooring plans, but the company went out of their way to make it right. Thank you!

FlooringInc.com I ordered 2 sets of 58 tiles -- black/grey and red/blue

I ordered 2 sets of 58 tiles -- black/grey and red/blue. Only the black grey arrived. I called customer service and was put on hold for 11 minutes without speaking to anyone and then dumped. I called back and chose the call back route. They called back a while later. They found my order and noted that indeed half of it was "on hold" for no reason (note no one reached out to me and of course they have my FULL payment.) I was on hold for another 20+ minutes. They acknowledge it's their mistake -- how can they have a hold, not tell the customer and keep the $$ ?- They will send it out (that's what i already paid for) but won't expedite so I won't get the tiles in time for the time we planned to do the work. They won't give me a time frame. I relied on the website that touted their customer service as well as the shipment dates (by the way the tiles that I did get were delayed several times) -- when purchasing there was no wait and lots of interactions. I got samples very quickly. But I now see on Complaintsboard.com that they have horrible customer service for after a problem (100% on their side) has been identified. There are many other vendors and I doubt they are all this bad at customer service (post purchase) and logistics. I guess if you have lots of free time it might be worth it and no time frame for your project.

Ordered twice the first time went as one would expect the second time being first week of April 2023 was a complete s*** show. You think needing the same exact thing you ordered a few weeks prior would be as simple as it gets. Well not a chance at that. First thing was they had the wrong color it was supposed to be stainless I got black then upon installing it was 3"short and had a hole in the rubber. I'm thinking the warehouse in *** just gave me a remnant. Won't be ordering here again and getting ready to dispute payment of the company doesn't rectify this within next 24 hours

I ordered flooring on 8/15 and was promptly charged for the purchase. I received emails for the purchase order and shipping information, including tracking information. The order was sent to their corporate headquarters in place of my address. I contacted the customer service by phone and was given no resolution to the issue, the person promised me a follow up email with the answer. That email was never received. I called customer service again, was forced to leave a voicemail which was never answered or returned. I was able to get through via chat on the 9/17 and 9/21. I was assured of a resolution, but when checking the shipping a couple days later there was still no movement. Again, promised follow up emails which were never received. I even offered to have a friend pick up the product if they would refund the shipping charges. This company seems to ALWAYS have extend call and chat wait times. This shipping error was the companies fault and they are failing to correct it. They have failed to provide the needed information for reconsignment of the freight in a timely manner and so now my purchased product is at risk of being salvaged. So now the company will be out cost of product and shipping for this order plus cost and shipping for a replacement. I will change my rating if I ever get the product and it holds up as advertised.

Ordered 2 rolls of rubber flooring for my home gym around February 4, 2022. Received an email on February 8, 2022, saying the order had been shipped out. One week later, on February 15, 2022, I still had not received my order so I checked with *** and was told only a shipping label had been printed and nothing had been given to *** for delivery so I called this company and was told they needed to send a request to their production facility to check on the order and it would take *** hours for a response but they would get back to me.February 17, 2022, no update so I checked the *** website again and still no order so I called this company a 2nd time. This time, I was told they were able to get in touch with the production facility and assured me the order would be sent out that day.February 23, 2022, still no order and still no update on the *** website so now I made a 3rd call to the company and was told they again needed to reach out to the production facility to check on the status of the order.As of the date of this review (February 25, 2022), almost 3 weeks have passed since I placed my order. I have still not received the item I paid for or any update from this company. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. No one seems to care that they are talking to an unhappy customer. They just blame a generic "production facility."

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCED. Things go wrong - it happens... doing nothing about it, providing false information and repetitively being told 6 different times in 3 weeks that they will speak with the warehouse and contact me back in 24 hrs - which they never ONCE circled back... is completely unacceptable. Placed order 5/18; expected ship date 5/22. Spoke with agent 5/23 who said the order was shipped but the tracking # takes time to upload and it will be there 5/25. Week of 5/25, told it didn't ship, they would speak with warehouse and contact me in 24 hrs - nothing. After calling again was told order was held b/c they only had enough to fulfill half of it. They would ask for partial shipment and follow up w/ me - nothing. Several more conversations - same thing... 6/1 was provided tracking number and told to contact transportation company. Tracking # wasn't my order; number they provided shipped on 5/15 and I placed my order on 5/18... E-mailed Tonia M - no response. Called three more times, told I'd get answer in 24 hrs... NOTHING. No idea what is happening with my order; zero follow up except to be provided incorrect information. Horrible and incompetent service with zero accountability. Phone hold times are very long and half the time it disconnects you or sends you into a mail box after waiting to speak with a representative for a long time.

Just an FYI to anyone thinking of purchasing from this company, the 245 dollars they charge you for shipping is curbside shipping only! They litterly left two 4ft by 22ft rolls of rubber at the bottom of my driveway. They don't tell you this when checking out! Be prepared to carry these yourself up your driveway! I called the sub contracted drivers company and was told its up to the ability of the driver and if they feel they can back into the drive way. So I called Rubber flooring inc, thinking I would get a refund of some of the 245.65 that I paid for the shipping because the drive decided he wasn't a good enough driver to back in...NOPE! They said its up to the ability of the driver! What kind of bull is that! My neighbor is a truck driver and uses my drive way instead of his because its easy for him because it is wide, no trees or any obstructions around...so why cant this driver use it?! If they are subcontracting drivers and allowing them to make the call on if they can back in to a driveway or not, then we should have a say on who it gets sub contracted to. I paid 245.65 in shipping for 259.97 dollars worth of rubber flooring and had it left at the end of my driveway! When checking out they don't tell you its curbside shipping, they just let you choose the priority. That is BS. There is another company that is very similar, do yourself a favor and choose them and not this one, unless you don't mind carrying the 200lbs rolls up the driveway for that shipping price, then by all means, use this company. I'm glad I decided to do a small room first and try this company out before making a large purchase.

Ordered 3 Tuff Turf rolls for an outdoor covered batting cage. Product delivered in reasonable time, but no notice it had shipped. Did not know until delivery driver was 10 minutes out. Carpet itself seems like a quality, albeit a bit thinner than expected. Time will tell.Main issue comes from horrible customer service. Ordered this for a tax exempt organization and told to email exemption and have refunded. Did so immediately. Got busy on project, but after a few weeks, no response, no refund. Email sales agent and 10 for a reply. Resent paperwork, no reply for 20 days despite repeated emails.Finally decide to call, *** never picks up. Voicemail as prompted, no return call. Call super early, finally ahold of someone. They use the excuse that billing address and tax exemption address do not match. Bank uses our personal addresses on debit cards, cannot change their policy. Product WAS shipped to the same address as the exempted organization and I can provide picture proof (the covered batting cage). Nope. Arguing, they change tactics. Exempt name a is *** but the name on the order was *** They say the name doesnt match. B.S., that is semantics. Final argument is the order is over a month old, sorry. Its only been this long because support refuses to respond to emails, pick up the phone, and will not return voicemails. Had to jump through hoops just to get someone on the phone. Their recommendation? File with the state for a return of the sales tax.Bottom line, do not expect this company to care one iota about your satisfaction. They WILL come up with excuses to get out of any promises. They will not answer the phone and they will not return voicemails or emails. Absolutely will NOT order from ever again.

FlooringInc.com Absolute worst experience ever

Absolute worst experience ever. After ordering a sample of the flooring we were interested in, and liking what we saw, we ordered and paid for 7 cases of black and 7 cases of white flooring from FlooringInc.com in early August.We got confirmation that our order (in full) shipped. We prepare our floor. We get half our order, black tile only. We call and are told we received our whole order. We did not! They finally place another order after numerous calls, but the order cannot in anyway be expedited. We wait. and we wait. Our order is now not being able to be tracked and apparently lost by the shipping company. We wait. In the mean time we are putting unnecessary wear on our sub-floor. Three MORE days pass and we get our order and it is NOT at all what we ordered. A total different white than the sample they sent us. Another case arrives and is still not the same white as the sample they sent. It is now 6 weeks after my initial order and I still do not have my refund. I was told to "Please just keep the order and I will refund you, you can kleep [sic] it or donate it, I will issue the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days to seeit [sic[ in your account we will not do a return anymore" That was last week...after again contacting this company because no one was returning emails and to call and get an extension is impossible. I then do get an email stating I have to return the merchandise to get my refund! Really? Good thing I didn't donate it! I finally get a RMA number (after business hours) with a pick up the next day. I do not have access to a printer in the evening. I email to reschedule pick up, never heard back. *** came for pick up. Never heard anything the remainder of the day. FINALLY got a reschedule after I again contacted them. Wish you had a negative star rating, 1 star is too good for this company.

Recently I placed an order for rubber flooring as an add on for a purchase last fall that I had already received and installed. I placed this additional order in late November taking an additional purchase of 9x9 up to 15x15, or 16 extra 3x3 tiles. Originally this order was to be shipped in late December, but due to manufacture delays, it kept getting delayed. Ultimately it was delayed until 2/10 then even 3/19. This became a problem as I was holding off on contractor room for the home gym being built and I became frustrated since I didn't see any options other than to wait since I had already purchased and installed a portion of the same product. After the last update on timing, I received a proactive outreach from Ashlee F from the customer success department. She was following up on the disappointing experience since she knew I had inquired about delivery and the news wasn't great. She also already knew that I was stuck since I already had product installed. Without any expectation from me, Ashlee offered a different product that she knew was readily available and since I already had the other tiles installed she offered to replace BOTH orders to get things right and fix the situation so I wasn't experiencing any further delays. This caught me off guard as I wasn't expecting such a proactive solution especially since the delays were coming from a 3rd party manufacturer and not RubberFlooringInc.com directly. Long story short... yesterday I received the 25 replacement tiles, getting me to a good place. She even sent me 3 additional tiles to give some extra coverage if needed. Because of this experience with Ashlee, who was courteous, proactive, and entirely focused on getting things right, I'll always look to RubberFlooringInc.com for my needs and will recommend to others as the situation arises. Well done Ashlee!

Do not order from this company. I had a large purchase and after a delay in contractor work causing a delay in install of the floor, I realized I was missing a big portion of my order. It took two days to get in touch with customer service, and the only way I got in touch with them was going through the answering prompts to act like I was placing a new order. I can't even count the number of calls I made and was placed on hold by the answering service only to be told 20 minutes later there was no one to take my call and it hung up. I called the number listed their website that says it is direct to a supervisor if you are not 100% satisfied... it takes you right to the same automated the answering service. I sent a text, messaged through instagram, emailed, requested a call back and nothing. Once I finally got through to Sela it was a fight to get anything done. I had proof that the shipping weight was less than expected and had actually been charged from a "weight deficit" which was not understood by customer service until I explained this to them. They questioned me as to why I waited past the 30 days to call them and tried blaming it on the shipping company. Thanks goodness I kept all the packing sheets as proof and had photo proof of the delivery. Once they agreed I was not at fault, they said they needed to contact their manufacturer by email and were unable to place a call directly to them. I asked for a supervisor who agreed this was bogus and *** could call the manufacturer that day. I received one phone call back saying they delivered two pallets (1 with 200 tiles and 1 with 90 tiles). Luckily I had a photo of the 2 pallets at delivery to prove they were the exact same size. I emailed this in and fast forward a few days, I heard no response. I ended up calling the manufacturer directly and worked with them to expedite and ship my items because I couldn't get in touch with rubber flooring inc. Horrible customer service and horrible experience.

I placed an order on 9/10, #***. I was sent an email confirming the order. Four days later I received a shipping confirmation that the label had been printed, and the order had a shipping date of 9/14, with an anticipated delivery date of 9/17. After noticing the *** tracking wasn't moving, I contacted Rubber Flooring Inc. and was "helped". I was told it was a *** issue, and to call them. I did. *** told me the shipment had in fact not been picked up from the warehouse. I called RFI back for more insight and was told they would call the warehouse to figure out what's going on. A bit later I got this email. "Thank you for your recent purchase with us. I understand you were looking for the status of your order and here is the information we currently have available. Your order was processed by the manufacturer on the 10th of september and your order is not due to ship out until the 1st week of October. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to email me back and I will do my best to assist you." This was my reply. "Thank you for your response. However there is a pretty big issue. I purchased from you guys BECAUSE shipping was going to be quicker than other suppliers. And I just looked online and made the same order, and it is STILL coming back as being shipped out no later than the 24th, with 3 day shipping. So technically if I ordered today, it would get to me sooner than what my current (one week old) order will get to me? Is that correct, or is there a system error? I was really counting on these mats to be here on the dates originally advertised at the time I purchased." I enclosed a screenshot dated 9/17 4:28pm est that was stiff advertising my exact same order as shipping out Sep 18-24, with three day delivery. I have yet to get a response. To me this is extremely deceptive and disappointing. So far this has been a terrible experience. If they come through and fix the issue, and the mats are as advertised, I will adjust my rating accordingly.

Horrible, one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Here is a timeline of the insanity I experienced trying to deal with these people: April 19: order placed online, showed product in-stock, card charged, order confirmed. April 24: I get a voice mail saying this color is not currently in stock, but they might have other colors that they can ship right now. Also got an email saying ship date of 5/5. I will copy paste my email correspondence here: My email, with order number, in response to their ship date email: Hi, Thanks for the info. What colors do you have in stock ready to ship? Their response: Thank you for reaching out, which floors are you looking at? My response: I already have an order placed, 2404306 and got an email and call saying That color is on back order Their response: oh ok, well thank you for reaching out and sharing that info with me My response: You are welcome. My question still remains...if that color is back ordered, which colors are in stock and ready to ship? April 27: No response, so I write again: Order Number 2404306 I got an email and voice message last week saying that what I ordered is not available to ship. Can you tell me when it will be ready to ship? And what colors are available to ship right now? April 28 - No response, so I write again: Can someone give me a reply? Order Number *** I got an email and voice message last week saying that what I ordered is not available to ship. Can you tell me when it will be ready to ship? And what colors are available to ship right now? Their reply: Thank you for reaching out, I show est. shipping date is 5/5. My response: Yes, I see that. My question still remains - What colors are available to ship right now for my order? Their response: sorry about that, I show all the colors are available by June 10-17 for the *** Playground Tiles - Designer Series. (I ordered 6mm gym tiles - has nothing to do with any Playground tiles) I write again: O ok, but my order will still ship on 5/5? April 30: No response, I write again: My order is not for *** series, it is 6mm Energy Rubber Tiles (sent a link to the product on their website) Is my order still shipping on 5/5? Are there other colors in this series that are in stock and can ship sooner? Have been trying to get an answer on this simple question for about 10 days now. Thanks Never heard back to that email. I decided to call - extremely long hold times. I took the option where they hold your place in line and call you back when they are available. Talked to a lady on the phone. She dodged any responsibility for the emails saying she doesn't do emails so can't speak for those. She assured me that my order will be shipping on the 5th. (It is already the end of April by this point, 10 days after order placed and card charged the full amount). She says if I order a different color it will delay my order even more. So I wait for the 5th patiently. May 5 rolls by, no shipping confirmation. May 6: I send an email: Did my order ship on 5/5? Never heard back to that email. May 7: Called and got that same lady again. she gave me a horrible attitude, never offered any sort of apology. Said she does not if it shipped or not but can find out and get back to me. May 8: Never heard back from the lady with a bad attitude, I call again. Got the same lady ( makes me think that maybe they have just the one lady answering the phone). She tells me that they don't have this color in stock but they have other colors in stock that are ready to ship *** I had asking this question for about a month, and now she is telling me! Still no apologies, she was rather rude, dodging any responsibilities for how this was handled, not willing to listen to any of it. She said I just now found about this so I can't do anything. Then she want to on to say that she would have to cancel my order, issue a refund (they have been sitting on my money for about month now) the refund may show up in 5-7 business days and if I want a color that is stock I would have to pay for it again *** She says the website shows the colors that are in stock - I said the website showed the colors that were in stock when I placed the order so obviously the website is not accurate. She kind of yelled at me and said that the website is accurate now. At this point I am in shock and disbelief and really trying to hold my patience. She transfers me to a sales rep to place the new order of the color of the product that is in stock. I was transferred to Ethan in sales, I told him a shortened version of this story and he was very apologetic and checked on a few things, and assured me that my order will ship on 5/13 now. I asked for discount or partial refund for insanity that I had to bare through with them, but was denied. Avoid this company at all costs, scammers. Pay more if you have to and take your business elsewhere.

I placed a large online order on April 19th for 98 black and 98 light grey flex nitro tiles, which amounted to almost $1,900 and which was charged to my credit card the same day. The website did not inform me at the time that the light grey tiles were on back order, and I would only find that out much later. Over the next couple of weeks, I occasionally checked the status of my order on their website, which always showed (and still does) the estimated ship date to be April 20th even though that date was long passed. The website provides no actual information whatsoever about an order's status. No mention of items being out of stock or on back order. So, their website it essentially useless and misleading. As the website was not helpful or accurate, I called to find out when I could expect my order to ship. The wait time to speak to someone was very long. When I did get through to someone, I was told the company's Arizona warehouse was shut down due to COVID-19 and my order would ship as soon as it opened up. About a week later, I called again to check on the warehouse's status. After another very long hold time, the representative informed me the light grey tiles I ordered were on back order. I asked about the warehouse situation and she seemed confused by the question. She told me the warehouse was never shut down. So, I had been waiting all that time due to an out of stock situation that I was never informed about. I asked the representative if I could swap white tiles for the light grey tiles to get my order shipped. She said that would be no problem. All I had to do was go to the website to cancel my order and complete a new order. I asked if my credit card would be charged a second time and she said yes. When I asked about when the new order would ship, she said new orders (that are in stock) ship in about a week. I asked why after waiting so long already my order couldn't be processed immediately and she said that couldn't be done. So, I could do a new order, get charged a second time immediately, wait another week for my new order to ship and wait an uncertain period of time for my first order refund to post. At this point, I am getting exasperated but trying to find a better solution as none was being offered to me. I asked why they couldn't just adjust my current order to swap the light grey tiles for white tiles (which were in stock and were the same price) and was told they can't change existing orders like that. They can only cancel an order and start a new one for me. Then I asked if that was the only option, couldn't they just apply the large payment they already had from me to the new order as it would be the same total amount. She said they could do that but it would require their accounting department to do an "internal transfer" which would take about three days and the order would not be submitted to the system for processing until after that was completed. So, I could place a new order and avoid paying a second time, but with the required accounting transfer, the order probably wouldn't ship for well over a week. Seeing the system was stacked against me and I was going to have to wait awhile longer no matter what I do, I finally asked when could I expect the light grey tiles to be available. She said they expect their shipment of grey tiles to arrive May 28th and my order would then ship a "few" days later. I ended the call as it was clear the company had no intention of assisting me or trying to make the situation better. I decided to give it a week to see if the situation or the estimated timing might change. I then called a third time about a week later. The representative re-confirmed May 28th as the date they expect to receive their shipment of inventory and that my order would likely ship a "few" days later. After pressing the issue a bit more, she admitted the May 28th date is only an estimate and was far from certain. So, assuming they are telling the truth and are correct with their shipment delivery date, the best case is I will see my order delivered in early June, although I fully expect it will slip further. I believe mid-June is more likely which would put the delivery about two months after I placed the order. At this point, I should probably just cancel my order and go with another company, but who knows how long it would take them to process a refund given everything else that has occurred. I would still like to receive the tiles, but I really don't know if I will ever receive them. All I do know is the company is quite good at taking a customer's money, but providing helpful feedback about orders, quality customer service or actually delivering product is something else entirely. Perhaps the pandemic has adversely impacted the company's operations and their performance used to be better, but that doesn't excuse them from accepting orders (and taking payment) for product they don't have in stock and doing absolutely nothing to inform their customers about the real status of their orders, or working to accommodate those customers who have been waiting excessive periods of time for their orders to arrive.

FlooringInc.com On September 7 we placed an order for garage flooring

On September 7 we placed an order for garage flooring. Payment in full was then charged to our credit card in the amount of $1092.33 in order to process our order. At that time we were told our flooring would ship between September 7th to 11th. On September 14 we received email stating our order was to ship September 28th. Reason given "increase in demand" or "weather delay". Several phone calls to the company asking about our order and was told it was at the warehouse cut and ready to ship on 9/17. Then told due to Covid shipment was delayed and would ship on 9/28. Later that week I checked the tracking on our order and noticed the date changed to 11/2. I called and asked what the problem was. Each time I spoke with someone I was given a different story. First Covid delay and limited staffing, then lost tracking number, then they weren't sure why the warehouse hadn't shipped it and they would check and call me back. Now I am told for the first time that the flooring has been out of stock and a new shipment was due the end of October. I requested to speak with a supervisor and they scheduled appointment time for them to call me on 10/22 between 1 & 2 pm. They never called. They have had my $1092.33 for over a month and a half and I still don't have my flooring. Our product was in stock at the time we ordered it. At no point was I ever directly contacted by them to tell me up front that the flooring was out of stock and offer me other alternatives. I've been the one making all the phone calls trying to resolve this matter and questioning this because I have $1092.33 that was charged to my credit card.

Flooring was ordered for my dance studio. The delivery date passed, and in contacting the company, they said that flooring was no longer available. My order was cancelled, issued a refund, and a new order was submitted the same day (Tuesday, August 30th). Now this flooring delivery date has passed, and an email was received on September 13th stating that the flooring was out of stock and would ship on December 13, 2022. As this in unacceptable to my business (I cannot affectively teach dance classes on the current flooring) and in accordance with the company policy, I was to contact the company. We placed order *** for over $18,000 on 8/18/2022. The confirmation email we received stated: "Thank you for placing Order #: ***. Please review the below information to show the order is paid in full.Your order is scheduled to ship 2-2.5 weeks from purchase and, once shipped, you will get an email with tracking. Transit is typically 5-7 business days for freight shipping. You may also get a phone call 24hrs prior to delivery to set up a curbside delivery window because someone over 18 will have to be there to sign for the order."Several weeks after that we received a call requesting information for the delivery, which we provided. Since that time we have heard nothing. We have sent numerous emails to our contact *** requesting a status update and have received no response. We have tried calling their 800 numerous times but end up waiting on hold until the line disconnects at exactly 21 minutes.

On August 18, I ordered flooring tiles. When the first shipment arrived a few days later and I opened the box, I realized the tiles would not work for our needs. I attempted to contact customer service by phone and email to ascertain return instructions. When I received no reply, I proceeded to refuse delivery on the subsequent shipments. I again tried to call the customer service phone number and email.On September 14, I received an email from an "Escalation Case Specialist" asking if the boxes that were refused were meant to be returned. I replied immediately explaining the situation and again asking how to return the boxes I still had in my possession and the steps to receive a refund.Two weeks later, with no response, I called multiple times, left messages, and emailed again. I have yet to receive a refund for the returned boxes or any instructions for how to return the flooring tiles I still have.At least 5 times, I have waited on hold for 25 minutes (after being told the wait is approximately 6 minutes) and then the call ends with a message that they are "unable to take my call."I am out hundreds of dollars with no product to show for it and product I don't need and want to return taking up space.

On June 12,2020 I have purchased gym rubber flooring tiles 24"x24" through this company. I had later installed them in my clients house. Upon installation I notice the tiles ( all 60 pieces ordered) are defected, edging is not clicking properly. Additionally tiles have white spots all over the surface. I had previously order same material through the same company, and installed at the same clients' house; and did not have such issues then. I have contacted Rubber Flooring and explained to them the situation, along with attaching the pictures to document the condition of the tiles. On7/19, I ordered flooring from Flooring, *** when it was delivered on 8/2, it was damaged. At the time it was very upsetting to see the damage especially because I had to pay someone to come and actually bring the flooring to my door since the driver was unable to move it. Pictures were sent of the damage right away and again later after the flooring was unrolled. No money was refunded. Now I have been trying to contact the company by phone but have been unsuccessful. I also tried to contact through the online chat but keep getting directed to call by phone. About 5 feet of flooring was damaged. I would like compensation for the damaged area.

FlooringInc.com My complaint involves two orders

My complaint involves two orders. Order *** was very poor quality. All carpet tiles received were a slightly different color/texture/thickness. The end result looks horrible and nothing like the picture advertised on their website. Order *** was not the advertised size. The tiles were supposed to be 20" square but all tiles received were a little less than 19 3/4" square. I have contacted the company on multiple occasions by phone and email over the last month but they never reply to emails and never call back and have yet to provide either replacement product or a refund. I have documented all emails, correspondence, and photos sent to the company and can provide this detail upon request. I also want to note that on 11/16 I submitted reviews for both products through the company's website. Obviously I gave poor reviews for both product quality and customer service so other customers wouldn't have the same bad experience I did. But Flooring Inc never posted my reviews on their website. I think it's unethical for them to block poor reviews and only post positive reviews on their website. This is not an honest business practice, especially for a company with an "A" Complaintsboard.com rating (although their website lists their rating as "A+" which should be corrected). In hindsight I find it very suspicious that the most recent review for the Premium Ribbed Carpet Tiles is from March . I find it hard to believe that in 18 months not one other customer posted a review of this product. My guess is all of the recent reviews have been poor like mine so Flooring Inc has blocked all recent reviews from its website. Again, this seems like a very deceptive business practice.

I purchased the diamond nitro roll garage flooring in tan color, It was received June 16, 22. 2 days after installing the product, non removable tire *** impressions were left on the material. These marks can not be removed by any means. When I contacted the company I was told that chemicals from the road can stain the flooring, however these are collector cars that have not been driven in months. There was nothing on the tires.Further their website states; "Flooring *** family is elated to announce we now offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee to all our customers in *** and in ***. This guarantee not only ensures your complete satisfaction, as you may return your product for any reason within 30 days of delivery. We make this super easy for you and here is all you need to do"..Unfortunately that warranty as it further states, "the product cannot be returned if it has been installed, removed and then returned. Your order must be in its original packaging and be in the same as new and re-sellable condition as it was when it arrived at your home or job site".So they want to insure customer satisfaction, but only if you never opened the packaging? This is asinine. Why have a warranty at all? How does this insure customer satisfaction in any way shape or form?If I had known this product would stain, I would have opted for the black color, so the tire marks could not be seen.

This company sells products at full retail prices and then provides NO support when their product fails. We ordered 3/4 inch rubber impact tiles ($1,000) that have started to separate only 8 months into being used. One agent tells me there is a 5 year warranty... the warranty department tells me there is NO warranty... Be careful what you buy from them!

I was told the items would ship in 3-5 business days. 1 week later I reached out to the company via phone and email to ask about the shipping. I was then told the items were on delay and there was no timeline on when I would get the items. I have now waited over 1 month with no follow up from the company. I ordered 65 - 1/2" thick 4'x6' mega mats and double sided installation tape from Rubber flooring inc on 1/24/22 (order #***). For ordering i called and talked to their rep to get some information about their products. I told their rep that i am using the mats to finish a home gym and want to make sure that they fit together nicely. She informed me that as long as i order all the matts at the same time the widths and thicknesses will be the same and will fit up nicely and that what i did. When i received the mats 28 out of the 65 had curled up ends along the width and the mats had three various widths 47 3/4", 47 7/8", and 48 1/8". I called their customer service, and their rep ensured me that they will take care of it. Per agreement with their rep i purchased one heavy duty gorilla glue double sided tape to see if it can hold down the curled up ends. I also flipped a few of them over to see if the weight will reverse the ends curling.the heavy duty tape did the job, so i called the rep again and per his request i sent them pictures and a description that if they pay for the gorilla double sided tape for the 28 mats i am willing to accept the gaps between the mats due to the variable widths. The rep again told me that he will follow up to get that approved.i purchased the heavy duty tape and installed the mats and weeks later after many emails and calls and requested more pictures they told me that they will not be reimbursing me for the double sided tapes. They only reimbursed me $44.60 that i had paid for their weak tape that never worked. So i am asking for them to honor our verbal agreement and reimburse me for the $266.78 i paid for the heavy duty double sided tape.

Order #*** placed 2/9/2022 in the amount of $263.22 2 separate shipments were received, but the order was incomplete 2/22/2022 After repeated attempts finally got thru a customer service agent in which a supplemental delivery was made to rectify the order *** |Customer Experience Team Order received did not satisfy the remainder of the initial order.3/4/2022 Authorization was given to return items, being the order was still incomplete.Items were immediately returned in the same condition as were initially received.3/18/2022 I was informed by *** Support Specialist via email that the items arrived damaged and I would not get any kind of refund.It should be noted that a full order was not received within 30 days and was initially promised delivery within 3 days. Because of lack of a completely fulfilled order - I had to go a different route in flooring materials due to a time contingency and never used their flooring. Received items were returned in the same condition in which they were initially received. I have spent countless hours trying to get ahold of and work with customer service, but keep getting the runaround.

Buyer beware! This company uses a bait and switch with clearance products on their website to get you to purchase then they send an email stating it has shipped, but when you check it doesn't update or show as shipped, then you get an email saying the CLEARANCE products are back ordered! How is clearance back ordered? So, we call and speak with *** who helps us pick out different flooring and checks inventory and tells us it will ship from TN and ASAP. We had already pulled up the floor in the living room based on the shipment notifications from the initial order.So, now the second order hasn't shipped. I called and emailed and messaged to cancel and they say it's already shipped so they can't cancel, but they can and their website states that they can.I don't hear back from *** after she said she would get back in touch. I didn't hear back from *** as to why the product was on clearance and then suddenly on back order. *** told me that I would hear from a supervisor before the end of the day, yet it's after midnight and no phone call.I put through a charge back because this company is Shady with a big ole capital S.I don't care how great a deal it is, if you don't get the flooring it's an awful deal.Check their website, the clearance items are STILL listed there (TritonCore flooring in four colors) with a ship date of a few days from the day you go in to purchase. You'll never get the flooring and don't let them convince you to buy anything else because you'll never get that flooring either.This company is taking advantage of people and taking their money and then making it difficult to refund when you try to cancel. The product has clearly not shipped because their website, under my order #, and the tracking both don't show as shipped.

Order #***. My product is lost and the company is unwilling to ship out a replacement. Additionally, their customer service team is horrible. Their telephone system is essentially inoperable and you'll get stuck in a never-ending phone tree. Second, their wait times are very long. I waited on hold for 25 minutes only to finally get the computer to tell me that their offices were now closed. Third, the agents will not allow you to speak with a manger. Rather, you are required to wait at least 24 hours before a manager calls you back. If you happen to miss their phone call, it's impossible to get in touch with that manager. Forth, they have terrible relationships with *** and get exactly zero more information than I've been able to get by calling ***. Sixth, they simply repeat what I can see on the website, namely it's "out for delivery." My flooring has been "out for delivery" for 3 weeks. I've called the company at least 10 times. They have told me that they can't initiate a trace until *** confirms that it's lost. *** has been saying since January 5th that "it's out for delivery" and "will be delivered today." The customer service can't get a straight answer from *** and talks to me like I'm an idiot for not accepting that the package is "out for delivery." Seventh, they tell me that the trace with *** won't be complete for at least a week. In the meantime, they are unwilling to send out new product. Eight, they told me I could go to the *** distribution center to pick it up myself. When I drove there, the *** distribution center told me that they do NOT have the product and do not know where it is. Nonetheless, when I told that to customer service, they still insisted that "it's out for delivery." When I called back, I was told that I went to the wrong distribution center (even though they gave me the address). I CAN'T FIND MY PRODUCT AND WANT A REFUND!

FlooringInc.com I purchased a flooring tile product for my garage floor

I purchased a flooring tile product for my garage floor. I explained. Y situation to the sales man who seemed knowledgeable. He suggested to buy the tiles i did as they would suit my needs. I purchased the tiles and installed them. While installing them many of them broke. The tabs to hold them together kept breaking off. I watched their install videos and put them together the same way as instructed so i know it wasnt me. I had to get the floor finished as i had a gathering the next day. I called flooring inc the following week to let them know there was issues. They agreed it shouldnt have done that. They offered to replace the bad ones. I wasnt happy with the product as it was going to have more issues later because of the clips breaking. I suggested to come and take the product back and i would look at the better version. They said that was not an option as they are in Arizona and im in Minnesota. After 3 or so months maybe longer they said they would refund me half of the product. I said that was good enough for now as i wanted somekind of resolutio. And was sick of getting no response from the company and them dragging it out. After the snow melted and it warmed up the flooring would bubble in the sun. To the point tiles start to separate. There becomes a 3 to 4 inch wafe in the tiles where the sun hits it. I again contacted the company and said this is a defective product that does me no good and now is a danger to my kids who ride bikes and scooters all around. They said there is nothing more they are going to do. I started the process 4 days after receiving the product that says there is a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee. I have not been happy with this product and feel flooring inc should replace the faulty product with a better version or come take it all out and give me my money back. I have felt as though they do not care about the end customer experience with my situation. Any help or guidance would be great.

Oct. 23rd placed an order for $5,492.22. 1 Item was to be shipped Oct. 26-29 & Two items shipped between Oct. 27-28. Shipping takes 5-7 days. On Oct. 28th I received tracking info. 1 item showed est. shipping Oct. 30th, 1 -Nov. 3rd, 1 - Nov. 6th. Oct, 28th, called customer service and spoke to a guy that contacted the warehouses. No answers. Said he would get back to me in 24-48 hrs. Never heard back from him. Oct. 29th. I called customer service two times. Phone rang over 10 minutes both times and pushed me to voicemail. I left a message each time. Phone call not returned. I got on chat and talked to someone for almost 45 minutes. She too had no answers. Said she would email me with an update. No follow up. On Oct 30th, I called customer service. Spoke for 45 mins. to a sweet girl. She too could not find answers. Said a supervisor would be calling me in 4-5 hours. No supervisor contacted me. I then called back that afternoon and spoke to a very nice guy. He was able to let me know 1 of my products had shipped but could not find information about my other 2 products. He too said he would find out and contact me back. No follow up. I then contacted Dean Conyette (Department Head) [protected] ext. 5003. I left a detailed voice message with my phone number. No call back. Nov. 6th, I contacted the company again. Spoke to an amazing customer service representative. I asked for a supervisor to contact me. The supervisor to contact me was trying to put the blame on the freight company and not take responsibility for it. She tried saying that orders went out on time. My tracking item shows one item was picked up on time (10/29) but est. delivery 11/10. Other items were picked up late (10/30) and est. delivery 11/10. Due to their lack of communication and false advertising on shipping dates/delivery (5-7 days), I was forced to pay a month rent at 2 locations. Disappointed with the follow up, communication, and false delivery advertising.

I placed an order on 8/7/2022 for $7,289.11 with an estimated ship date of 8/9/8, and my card was promptly charged for the full order amount. I was then contacted notifying me that my order could not be delivered to my home address as a tractor trailer was required to deliver my turf order as it was the 15' width, and the truck would have to back *** in order. At this time I changed my delivery address to my business, which received tractor trailer deliveries weekly if not daily. At this point I was told I would be contacted with a delivery date. DAYS later I called, as I had not been contacted, and was told that my order could not be processed as the rolls of turf only come in 12ft rolls not 15ft as the description said. As this was already days after my anticipated shipping and delivery dates, and was told that I would not receive any partial refund regardless of the fact that I ordered 15', was charged for 15' and then was going to be sent 12', I requested my order to be cancelled. At this time I was told that the refund request would be processed that day. After an additional week, the refund had not shown on my account, I contacted customer service again for an update, they assured my that it would be pushed through and I would receive confirmation of refund within 24 hours. An additional 48 hours later, my account still had not been credited. So I called yet again, waiting on hold and requesting a call back. Finally received a call back and the representative laughed at my request and was very rude. She also stated that the refund request had not been placed the first time and was on hold. She stated that she approved the process and I would have my refund today. At this time, I still have no received my refund, however, this entire process has been horrible. Terrible customer service, long hold times with no calls back, no emails back, inconsistent online listings with actual available products, and dismissive representatives.

FlooringInc.com Rubber Flooring Inc

Rubber Flooring Inc. July 22 - placed order over the phone with Eric. My account was charged $2,860.14 for the full purchase amount. I was told that my order would ship 1 to 3 business days. July 29 - I called & spoke with Lauren Medley asked why my order had not shipped, She couldn't tell me so I asked to speak with management. Lauren said that I would receive a call in 1 to 2 business days. August 5 - called & spoke with Lauren again & informed her that management had not called me & my order still had not shipped. I asked to speak with management and that I would hold this time. I was able to speak with Alisha a manager, she was able to find out that the adhesive used to put the floor down was on back order. I asked if they would ship the floor separate & they said no. We then spoke with Kimberley Davis in sales & found an alternative. They had a different kind of flooring but would still meet my needs, available in their TN warehouse & would ship out next day. August 6 - I had to call to confirm my order. Kim called me back and sent me an email letting me know that my order would ship now on August 7. August 9 - Inquired why my order had not yet left the warehouse. I was told that it would ship out that day and I would be receiving a call to setup a delivery date/time. August 14 - I called because my order still had not shipped and I wanted to know why. I was told that they had lost my order. At this point I was upset and cancelled my order requesting my money back. They told me okay and to allow 2 - 5 business days to receive ACH credit to my checking account. August 26 - I called because I had not received my refund. I was told that they would not give me my money back until the order was found.I requested to speak with management & they told me that no one was available, they would call me back. I asked to hold & they said that I was not allowed to hold & they were ending the call. They hung up.

I have never experienced such an awful experience from any company like I have with *** Inc. I have spent countless hours on the phone with *** inc. below is a recap of my experience. Placed the original order on 9/29 Received an email on 10/08 stating floors had been shipped. Received an email from fed ex on 10/10 stating my order had been received. On 10/14 called warehouse and was place on hold no one ever came on line Called back on 10/15 on hold for 33 minutes while they were trying to locate my order. Turned out that the floors were still at the ware house. Received an email on 10/22 stating my floors were shipped. When my floors arrived on 11/03 they were damaged with black mold and vermin droppings. I refused the order and called in back into customer service. Was on hold for 28 minutes when I was told someone would call me back. I did not receive a call back. Called back in on 11/04 and was on hold for 10 minutes. Person that was handling my issue was not in the office and that I would receive a call back. On 11/06 was finally able to get in touch with someone. I agreed for the *** inc to send me another shipment of the floors. The original floors were discontinued however they were able to find some at the warehouse in Tennessee and Arizona. *** inc assured me I would receive an email once the floors were shipped. I did not receive an email. Called back in on 11/16 only to be told that they were not able to get the floors. At that time I just wanted a refund. *** inc stated they would make it right after sent me out the new style of the *** and issue a goodwill courtesy credit of 400.00 and a refund for the difference of the ***. I received an email on 11/17 stating the original order was canceled and a new order was place for the 59 tritonCore pro 7 rigid core vinyl planks in golden pine. I had called this flooring company and had multiple conversations with representative, including Leonardo, to be informed on the best rubber flooring options for my home gym project. I was recommended to use a black rubber flooring and was told a sealer would be an option to seal the floor, HOWEVER, I was not informed that the sealer application over the particular floor I was recommended to order would trap dirt that would not be abled to be removed. I had the rubber tile and flooring installed as recommended by my salesperson when it arrived. After one use on my gym floor, I noticed scuff marks and dust that were not able to be removed with the recommended water and cloth. I therefore contacted the company where I have spoken to multiple representatives to have the problem rectified. At first, I was blamed for the problem, having been told that I must have had it installed wrong. After multiple questions and phone calls, I was told that the black tiles were actually not meant to be used with the sealer that was sold to me. I have multiple conversations and have asked for the problem (flooring that now has dirt trapped under sealer) rectified. I am requesting that either a representative be sent out to strip of the sealer or a refund of the cost so that I am able to pay someone again to have the job redone. I last spoke with top manager Alicia (after a few, about 3, falsely scheduled phone appointments by the staff.) She has recommended that a product that "removes the sealer" can be sent to me. However, this does not solve the $1000+ I have spent already on this project. Since there is no physical "defect" to the actual rubber tile, the company refuses to take accountability of the false claims that the two products sold to me where meant to work together. I am truly dissatisfied,by the lack of accountably and false claims made to myself as a consumer. The offer of $200 and shipment of the sealer remover does not justify the cost and time I have spent.
