Our hated carpeting is gone! The crew from Ortiz Flooring did a great job in ripping out our old carpeting and installing vinyl plank flooring. The improvement is tremendous. Importantly, Ortiz' team was professional, courteous, communicative, and they cleaned up after themselves. We received a very competitive price and didn't have to wait long for the work to be done. In all, we were very satisfied with their work. Highly recommended!

I was moving from California to North Carolina and had found a home that needed to have the carpet replaced in the master bedroom and walk in closet. Mr. Ortiz helped us with the selection of the carpet and after we left the state, he met with our realtor at the new home for his measurements. He special ordered the carpet and had his experienced crew of installers at the house at the date and time agreed upon. The crew installed the carpet perfectly and we were very happy with the entire experience.

This was one of the best experiences I have had in working with a contractor. From the very first visit by the owner, the process was professional, creative, cost effective and of highest quality. Mr. Ortiz and his crew were sensitive to our three family members working from home and tried to accommodate our work and school demands and yet to get the work done on schedule. The finished project is beautiful and has added value to our home. I will look for other projects to have Ortiz Flooring do for us in the future.

We are so happy with our new floors. We had LVP put down in our entire home, redid the stairs with hard wood and put new carpeting in our bonus room. They matched the stain for the stairs perfectly to the LVP. The crew did an amazing job. They made sure everything was perfect before moving on to the next area. They took there time and did not rush through the job. They are extremely neat, kind and cleaned up before they were done for the day. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again for any future projects.

Ortiz flooring just completed our home project. They installed high-quality Vinyl wide plank flooring. It looks amazing. The crew were always on time, worked non stop, and were extremely nice. I would highly recommend this company. They did the flooring in our entire home in 2 1/2 days. I chose them from a recommendation from a former co-worker/friend and I feel very lucky for that recommendation. The owner is extremely professional, knowledgeable and works with you on every detail. I'd give them more than 5 stars.

Ortiz Flooring and his crew did a wonderful job with hard wood flooring for my stairs and the entire second floor. The work was very meticulous and I am satisfied with the results. They had to match the stair stain color to the first and second floors (and they have different colors) and did an amazing job! I truly love my upgraded hard floor stairs and the second floor. In addition, he is good at communicating with me from the beginning (selecting floor) to the end. I highly recommend Ortiz Flooring for your flooring and will refer him to my friends without hesitation.

Overall, I highly recommend Ortiz Flooring! We had carpeting replaced on our entire second floor and stairway. We also had flooring replaced in one of our bathrooms. We are very pleased with the results and would absolutely work with Mr. Ortiz and his team again in the future. The installation team were nice guys and easy to work with. In addition, they found the cause of three squeaky subfloor areas and were able to fix them for reasonable cost. When I wanted a small adjustment on our stairway, Mr. Ortiz had the same installer come back the next day to fix it to my liking.

I selected this company of the three from whom I got estimates, to do the flooring of a home that I purchased last year. I was very pleased with the quality of the work, the professional manner in which business was conducted and the courteous and excellence of the work that was done. I was so pleased that when I acquired another home, I sought out an estimate from them again as well as one other. They are not the cheapest or most expensive, but in my estimate they are the best value. Mr. Ortiz capacity to estimate, advise and oversee the work was as good as one might want. His crew again worked quickly and expertly. Very pleased with the result
