On their website the company claims that "all flooring in stock and ready to ship now". I placed an order in Jan'2021 and my order was cancelled the following week with the explanation no stock is available. I sent a couple emails to the company offering to wait a couple weeks, if needed, but asking them to fulfill my order. The ultimate response was "company will not be able to fulfill your order"

I order the floor from This floorstoyourhome at the beginning is was 350 sqft and then the order was short to 250sqft. I was supposed to pay a total amount of 350 dollars in including 185 delivery fees after the 50 cents discount if I would have seen at the time of purchase that I was being charged for 483.09 I would not buy it at all from the beginning. the price I was told was not collected. I was overcharged with the discount. when I got the product delivered to my house there are some broken boxes and damaged items. They are full of dust on the boxes and mold in the wood. Some pieces came broken and have glue stains in the back of the wood. I would have a running nose, headache, and itchy eyes when I am near these boxes. These boxes are dirty and full of mold. If I am going to pay for 483.09 dollars. I expected to get a good quality product and junk that the company sends to my house. I went to buy a hardwood floor from Lowes' the quality was different.I was found not getting sick when I am around and in close contact with the item from lowes and they are boxes in a perfect condition with plastic cover and no dust on these hardwood floors. I would not put the product from Floorstoyourhome in my house because It got me sick with allergy. I want to return their product with the full amount of what I have paid floor I don't want to install these bad product in my house and get me and my family member sick from mold that came with the hard wood floors

I believe "Floors to your Home" installed our laminate flooring poorly which has resulted in cracking/popping/lifting of the flooring planks
I believe "Floors to your Home" installed our laminate flooring poorly which has resulted in cracking/popping/lifting of the flooring planks. Upon complaining about the sound our floor was making, "Floors to your Home" response has always been the sound is created by moisture/humidity and not an installation or a manufacturing defect. Two separate inspections have been performed by certified hard surface inspectors. Neither inspector indicated the cause of the cracking/popping/lifting was a result of moisture/humidity. The first inspector (provided by "Floors to your Home") conclusion indicated that only 1 plank needed to be replaced because that plank is "lifting" and the locking system has failed or damaged. The second inspector (provided by me) concluded that "the test results indicate the cause of excessive cracking/popping noises are consistent with the floor out of flatness and is a installation-related concern and humidity/moisture is not the cause. An additional comment by the second inspector was the 1/4 round that was installed had been nailed into the flooring in 30% of the installed area. (***nailing into the flooring does not allow the laminate flooring to expand properly***) Floor out of flatness means an uneven sub-floor. Correcting an uneven sub-floor is the responsibility of the installers to correct prior to laying the flooring. Results of an uneven sub-floor is cracking/popping and "lifting" of the planks. (***Lifting was indicated in the first inspection as well) I have submitted all this necessary information along with photos and Mohawk's installation requirements to "Floors to your Home" for review. They continue to stand by "moisture/humidity" as the cause.

I ordered 16 boxes of what they called "premium Shaw Natural Wood Atlas Landmark Engineered 6.22" Wide Hardwood Flooring 01440 and 300sqft of Super Felt 3mm Pad w/ Moisture Barrier. I placed the order on 11/27 and was estimated to be delivered in 3-5 business day. After about a week of not seeing it I decided to call them to see where it was. They told me to call the shipper. In my opinion, i ordered it from them and not the shipper, but i called anyway. The shipper apologized and said they were extremely backed up. I totally understood, everything is behind right now. Knowing i ordered the flooring weeks before my installer was scheduled to come i was ok with it. Another week went by so i called floors to your home again. This time i had them call and see what was going on. They said it would be roughly another week. At this point it was getting close to the install date and i still had to acclimate the wood to the room. It finally got to the point when i offered to go to the shipping warehouse to pick it up. They said that wasn't possible. After a while they agreed that i could go pick it up. I asked for a refund on shipping knowing i had to pick it up. Connie said she had to talk to her manager. They ended up offering me a $50 refund. I guess that will do. Never saw that. Went to pick up the flooring at the shippers and noticed there was damage to the boxes. So i took pictures and counted 10 out of the 16 boxes with damage. Shipper noted there was fork damage. Called Connie again and told her i picked up the flooring but there was damage. She asked for me to send pictures. I did immediately. We went back and forth by email for a bit. they wanted me to go through ever box and count the unusable pieces. i said 10 boxes worth. Again she needed to talk to her manager. In the mean time i opened one of the undamaged boxes and realized that there was no way this was premium hard wood. There is some many defects. lots of cracks, crocked seems, rough edges. I wouldn't even consider this to be good enough to be what they call there cabin grade. Now i emailed back and said i don't want the 10 new boxes ( which they still hadn't told me if they were going to send) id like to return the flooring. They said sure but id have to pay shipping and a 25% restocking fee. I could totally understand that if it was my fault and ordered the wrong stuff or didn't like it, but the quality was just plan garbage. Connie stopped emailing me and now had to talk with Stephen. I talked to Stephen on 12/29 and he had told me that he will get this taken care of and get back to me after the new year. I thought things were looking up and there was hope. I waited until 1/6 to contact him again, figured i gave him enough time. Today when i talked to him, he had no clue about the citation. I had to brief him again. He had a totally different attitude from the first time we talked. Today he told me they already gave me my 2 choices and that's it. Still never saying if they were going to send me my 10 boxes or not. I wanted to speak to a manager and he said he will arrange that and i could expect to hear from him at some point. This has been a complete nightmare. I have been completely calm and collective the whole time. Today i did get a little heated but still kept it under control. I've been in customer service for almost 20 years and could never imagine treating any customer like this. I've never felt the need in my life to contact ComplaintsBoard.com.
