Super 8 review: product samples were stolen

The hotel staff stole our product samples for shot show. Things is:

2017.1.9 12:00 ups delivered our package to hotel without notice, and hotel staff chris signed for receipt.

2017.1.11 I called the hotel, and the reception staff confirmed on the phone that they received the package under name liu, and promised to keep the package until my colleagues check in on jan. 15.

2017.1.15 we came and found our package was product samples were all stolen, and the display and catalogs were threw to trash.
The hotel staff refused to collect back our samples for the show. Still hanging there
