Sunoco review: terrible franchise! embarrassing to the sunoco name.

This gas station is awful. They have posted hours but never keep them. Instead, they keep a sign in the window around the clock that says "Be Back in 5 Minutes." I live nearby so I've tried this place over and over, only to constantly see customers trying a locked door while shaking their heads and mumbling about this happening "again." The last time I was there, a customer called the police (!) out of concern for the clerk after she'd been waiting outside of the building for half an hour. The police that arrived said the two guys that run the place frequently just close up and go home at various times all day long, such that they even knew where the guys lived. I also have had to wait while the door is locked when I've needed a printed receipt (and of course the pumps never have paper to print anything), so I've tried calling their listed phone number and I get a message saying "This mobile number has been disconnected." During rare times it is open, everything they sell is expired, right down to the Coca Cola. I've learned my lesson but I still see people pulling in, probably tricked by the Sunoco name. It's so embarrassing to your brand name!
