Gas bill

In March of 2021, NS Gas transferred a gas bill from another property without my knowledge or consent. I have provided an affidavit, police report, copy of my Drivers License and passport. After over a month, they came back and asked me for a utility bill and what my phone number and address is.

The amount was $2009 that was transferred in 3/2021 and i have been overpaying paying for 2.5 years and it has been a considerable difficult time trying to pay.

After 5 weeks of NS Gas doing nothing, I want this corrected asap with all the overpayments credited to my account.

Desired outcome: I want the amount that was fraudulently put on my account removed and all overpayments credited to my account immediately
