James D. Bryant and Matthew L. Rieser DDS PC assets were sold November 23rd 2024 and purchased by Borello Family Dental LLC. The physical location of the dental practice is the same. The tax ID's are different. I have submitted the appropriate paperwork multiple times. Spent over 80 hours on the phone will no help. Our claims are still being processed under the incorrect tax ID.

Desired outcome: For our claims to be processed correctly. To have someone reach out to me and let me know that Sunlife cares about our claims.[protected] Julia Ramey Office Manager
