Summers of Kokomo

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received after paying upfront for the yearly maintenance of my furnace and air conditioning. Unfortunately, the company failed to keep their end of the bargain by not showing up for the scheduled appointment. To make matters worse, they have been unresponsive to my numerous calls and messages, leaving me frustrated and without any resolution. It is truly disheartening that they are refusing to refund my hard-earned money.

I recently made a purchase of a furnace and flu from this company, but unfortunately, I started experiencing difficulties with it just two weeks later. To my disappointment, when I contacted them about getting a replacement, they informed me that the warranty only covered parts and not the entire unit. This was quite frustrating, and I have since made at least five phone calls to address the ongoing issues. As a result, there were two instances where we were left without heat, which was extremely inconvenient.

During the most recent visit from their technician, it was discovered that the flu had frozen slightly. Curious about why this occurred, I did some research and found that the flu needs to be a certain height to prevent this from happening. On a previous occasion, the technician apologized and mentioned that the wiring had been done incorrectly. And even before that, they had to be called out because they had failed to properly seal it. Instead of using the appropriate sealing method, they wanted to spray insulation around it, which could have potentially caused a fire if we had allowed them to proceed.
