I reached out to Prairie Shores Property Management, ***, to ask for help with two maintenance problems. I asked them to fix my toilet, but the plumber they sent came twice and didn't fix the issue either time. Other people in the building have also complained about the plumbers not being able to fix their plumbing problems. I then asked for a different plumber to come and fix the issue, but *** flat out said no. I am now seeking assistance from the ComplaintsBoard.com to help resolve this problem. I have been requesting a toilet fix for three months now, but *** keeps denying my request. He is known for not taking care of maintenance problems or waiting until they become bigger issues. The second problem is that we lost our ***s and asked for a *** key to access common areas, including the condo building entrance. However, he refused to give us the *** key.

They even threaten to tow cars that are parked in the lot. And to make things worse, they wait until after office hours to send their fake notices. This is all very unprofessional and puts everyone's lives at risk in the *** complex.
