I haven't had any issues at my home. So far, I haven't needed any repairs. The service at Atlas is amazing.

Very responsive, professional company to rent from! *** is friendly and knowledgeable and the houses are in nice shape. They always get back to you quickly and are very helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. The staff is very professional and they make the rental process easy and stress-free. The houses are well-maintained and clean, and any issues that arise are promptly addressed. I highly recommend renting from Atlas Real Estate!

Horrible place to rent from. We rented a place from them two months ago and had had nothing but problems since. They didn't let us know that the house had been sitting for over 20 years. First, the air conditioner went out, and now we're dealing with plumbing problems. The plumbing problems have been a nightmare, and they have done nothing to fix them. Their management team is awful. They're rude and have no consideration for the fact that we can't go to the restroom in our own home or take showers. You would think that they'd at least try to accommodate us by putting us in a different room or coming to fix it in a timely manner. But this has been going on for over a month already, and do you think they care? No, because it's still not fixed. If I could get out of the lease and had a place to go or the money to go, I would be gone already. But unfortunately, I gave them over $10,000 already. Atlas realtor has been a nightmare for me, my mother, and my aunt. I wish I would have never rented from them because they do not care about their tenants.

I only gave three stars to Atlas Real Estate because they ain't located near where we live. Another reason is 'cause we live in a poor neighborhood and ever since Atlas took over, they raised our rent from *** to *** a month. We had a big problem with a maintenance request. Atlas hired some company to clean our vents, but they didn't pay 'em. The company wouldn't leave until they got their money, and they kept bugging us even after I told 'em that Atlas hired 'em and we're just renters. They stayed in our yard for an hour until someone from Atlas finally responded and fixed it. I felt like they were harassing us. Lastly, since Atlas took over, they only changed our AC filters once in over a year when it's supposed to be done every 1-3 months. They sent us a letter saying it's our responsibility, but the filters for our unit are on the roof of the building. I think that's really dangerous and hard to do, and they didn't even teach us how to change 'em.

This company is absolutely terrible in every way. I've been waiting for a call back from their Corporate leadership for five business days now. The lease doesn't mention the amount for breaking it, and I've been given different amounts each time I ask. I can't go into detail about everything I've dealt with due to character limits, but I'll summarize. Dealing with these issues has taken up so much of my time and money.

The listing was poor, with only one blurry photo that looked like a scam. The lease was drafted incorrectly the first time, and it took a lot of contact with them to get it fixed and to receive the Rhino/concierge information. The house was filthy when I moved in, with broken closet doors. The washer and dryer hookups weren't ready as advertised, and it took weeks for maintenance to come out. Then, it took even more time for a different contractor to repair the hole in the wall from that fix.

The house is in an HOA, which Atlas didn't advertise or know about. I had to do all the work to get street parking permits to avoid tow fees, even though we told them we had three vehicles. I had no idea which mailbox was ours in the community mailbox section. I had to try every box with the key provided until I found it. There was a scorpion infestation. Repairs were needed for weather stripping on the front door and bathroom cabinet, as well as the toilet paper holder (which was glued on instead of screwed). The bottom of the kitchen sink was rotted out from an old leak, and they just placed a piece of plywood instead of fixing it properly.

They keep assigning different property managers within just 10 months. They can't seem to keep people, and I'm not surprised at all. We've only been notified once when they changed, otherwise we find out through bounced emails that the previous person doesn't work there anymore. This company is absolutely shady and terrible. Avoid them at all costs. Maybe writing this review will finally get their leadership team to give me a call back, since they don't seem to care otherwise.

Atlas is not giving back my security deposit. It's been more than a month and all they keep saying is that they sent a check in the mail. This goes against the *** tenant rights act. It's been way longer than the 14 business days they're supposed to have to give back my deposit. They leave their property in really gross conditions.

I've been having problems getting in touch with Atlas Real Estate. We moved out and have been waiting for our deposit to be returned, as well as the extra money we're owed because we were overcharged. I haven't been able to reach anyone by phone or email. The last email I got said that I won't get my security deposit back until the issue with the ComplaintsBoard.com is sorted out. I want to make sure this gets resolved.

(*** w. bunk house rd) On May 14, me and three other people (roommates I want) applied through a real estate agent *** who works for Atlas real estate group. *** collected all four of our paystubs, applications, and background check info. Today is May 17, during these four days *** was really inconsistent with info about our applications and contacting us. We contacted *** today asking for an update that we should have gotten before noon, but we heard back 15 minutes before the end of the work day. The update we wanted was if we got approved for the property. Short answer: we didn't, but that's not why I'm complaining. Me and the other three people gave pay stubs that added up to way more than three times the rent, but we still didn't get approved. After the update, we were told we could have given more info, but that wasn't told to us before.
