I don't usually leave reviews but this experience was one of the worst I've ever had. I don't think they checked the tenants well because the tenant was late on the monthly rent 80+% of the time and was behind on the utilities for the whole year I used Eagle PM to manage my property. I got less than I should have (as an owner) for most of the year and had to add money to the account to cover the utilities to keep the account current. I was told they would recover from the tenant but that didn't happen. When I questioned the accounting at the end of the year, the owner's statement was changed to balance out to $0. Eagle PM also let the tenant use their security deposit for the final months rent (without my approval) when the tenant was late on payments all year long and was still behind on utility payments. Eagle PM let tenants grow and smoke marijuana on the premise which is a violation of the contract agreement. An inspection was done just before the end of the lease and nothing about the smell of marijuana was on the inspection report, but the smell was still there after I ended the lease and the tenants moved out. DO NOT USE THEM, they have unethical business practices!

I got a letter from this company about fixing my fence. My *** been tryin' to get in touch with 'em since February . I've left lotsa messages and talked to a few folks who said they'd call me back, but ain't heard nothin' from nobody. My fence is 'bout ready to fall apart, and I really need it fixed pronto.
