There is no way that these ratings are real. They don't return calls, are not service oriented, and when you do finally speak to them, they have no follow through.

Becky Stowers is a great HOA manager. I've dealt with lots, and Becky is by far the best. She's professional, always respectful, and she gets back to emails quickly. I'm really happy she's our manager! Becky Evans.
Pride Community Management is a grate group of people!
Pride Community Management is a grate group of people! They return phone calls and emails. If they dont know the answer, they will call you back or find someone who can answer your question. They resolved in a day and a half an issue created by the previous company. And they are so friendly! Pride sends representatives to meetings who are patient, kind and knowledgeable. I really appreciate how well this company works with residents.

is managed by Pride Community Management. My unit has severe water leaks during rain storms caused by either the roof or building's pop-out fault. I've sent numerous emails and made phone calls to Pride, but unfortunately, they haven't taken any action or responded to my concerns. As a result, my unit has suffered sheet rock and flooring damage. I have even sent them pictures of the damages via email.
This is a new HOA in the community I live in
This is a new HOA in the community I live in. They have been rude and unprofessional over the phone. They charged me a late fee even though I paid before the date the statement showed a late fee would be charged. I didn't even know our HOA had changed because I was on autopay with the previous HOA. I did pay the *** along with the late fee. I want the 15 dollar late fee reimbursed to me.
