Portico Property Management We moved out of our apartment on Mcdowell on July 20, 2022

We moved out of our apartment on Mcdowell on July 20, 2022. We're supposed to get a refund of $1,338.12, but it's been over two months and we're still waiting. Tyler, Becky, Naoeillia, and the old Property Manager Natalie keep giving us the runaround. They also charged us incorrectly on our move-out statement for unit 4, adding $140.50 tax 0.28. We handed the keys to that unit to Kristen, the other old Property Manager, on May 26, 2022. I tried calling Natalie, but she was always unavailable. I let Becky and the whole staff know about the issues and even recorded our conversations for proof. I've been calling every week to get this sorted, but no one seems to have corporate's number or know who can help us. It's unprofessional and bad for business.

Portico Property Management I got a lease violation from Portico Property Management for something I didn't do

I got a lease violation from Portico Property Management for something I didn't do. They threatened to kick me out because of it. I asked the assistant manager, ***, for an apology and to cancel the violation, but they haven't responded. It's frustrating because I'm a resident who pays rent.

The gates here are always broken. Yesterday, I couldn't leave through the exit gate because it was stuck. The keypad for the entry gate never works, so I can't have visitors. It's especially tough for me as a disabled person with specific needs. I might have to take legal action for disability discrimination. They don't even reimburse us for this broken feature.

We're supposed to pay for valet trash, but no one comes to pick it up. The trash just sits outside until the next morning. They're supposed to pick it up from Sunday to Thursday, but it never happens. I complain to the leasing office about everything, but they never respond. They completely ignore my emails. It's really frustrating because I rely on written communication due to my physical and mental health conditions, including hearing impairment.
