On the 20th November 2025 around 17:00 I went to Studio 88 to buy Sneakers. After choosing I went to the till to pay. They scanned everything and gave Me the Machine to pay. I scan qr and paid successfully. Just after paying the Guy took my sneakers saying the Money is no reflecting on His side.
I came the following day and they said it won't reflect as the do check things for previous day.
On the 3rd day I gave them Bank statement and they said Head Office will assist Me. I did sent Bank Statement again to Head Office att: Mahlogonolo Ramali, She said she will respond, even today I'm still waiting.
Amount of R4656.95 is showing that is paid to Studio 88 on my statement clearing out on the 22 November 2025.
