I bought sneakers at Sandton my sibling didn't like them this was after a day, when I requested for a refund, they are telling me the sneakers were washed I asked how when I returned them after a day? They said they will escalate the issue, the manager does not pick up when she did she gave me the regional manager's number she said she will call me, I asked for her number she still maintained that she will call me now she blocked me

Claimed loss: i did not claim, I left the sneakers with them

Desired outcome: I want my R2400.00 REFUND

My daughter has been doing back and forth to the store for the store, I bought a bag yesterday and she does not like it, now they are busy telling her to come back the next day, saying they do not have cash (R400.00) Kaalfontein Corner Store Tembisa
