This company scamed my acount. I build a website, bought a domain name and when I published it, my domain name got linked to someone else's acount.

I've been using Strikingly for a few years now to make websites and host them. I pay $192.00 every year for the Pro plan and domain hosting. On 9/18, I found some bugs on my site. I chatted with customer service for about 75 minutes, hoping they could help me fix the problem. I have the chat transcript as proof. I want a refund for the time I wasted trying to get their service to work and for Strikingly's failure to provide the product I'm paying for. They messed up my site by adding big black spaces, changing footers, and messing with the design. According to their policy, they won't give me a refund. It's frustrating because I'm paying for something they're not giving me.
