I was really excited about this product, because I thought it would be ideal for camping. It charged perfectly when I tested it, and while it didn't fully charge my phone before dying, it was good enough for camping. Except it wasn't. After that initial charge, it wouldn't charge any more.
I left it in the sun for an entire day and it didn't charge at all. I reached out to the company, saying I must have gotten a defective item, and asking how I would send it back in order to have it replaced, and they sent me a PDF of the manual. I had explained in my email that it charged once, but apparently they thought unfolding a charger and putting it in the sun was too much for me to grasp. I responded and politely reiterated that I did get it to take a charge once, and again asked how I could return it, and never heard back from them.
Horrible excuse for customer service-I will never recommend this company to anyone.
