I recently bought the Battery ResQ - Portable Car Battery Jump Starter from Stealth Angel Survival. When I got the product the following week, it was already fully charged. I decided to charge it for another 6 hours before using it just to be sure. However, when I tried to jump start my car, it didn't work at all. I also tried to recharge my phone, but it kept asking me to check the connection. The battery only charges up, but doesn't do anything else. I think I was sent a defective product.

I tried to contact customer service for a replacement, but all they did was send me a copy and paste of their Q&A about returns and refunds. I was also informed that I have to pay for the shipping back to California. I was really disappointed with their customer service.

As soon as I loaded up the pack, all of the plastic clips started snapping apart and shattering into little pieces. I couldn't believe it! I had barely even started my hike and already my gear was falling apart.

Thankfully, the bag also had metal loops on it to run the straps through. So, I spent a whole hour re-running all of the straps (waist strap, chest strap, shoulder straps, etc.) through their respective metal loops. But when I put the backpack on again, the cheap metal loops bent apart! I couldn't believe it. I only had 20lbs of weight in the pack (it was a short hike) and it failed to hold that. I was expecting some high-quality gear here, but I was sorely disappointed.
