April and the team were amazing! I, like many others, was a bit unsure at first. It was tough to be told to stop making payments, and my credit did take a hit initially. However, it gradually improved, and now I have a solid 720 credit score. I just finished working with them after 7 years, and I couldn't be happier.

GM Law Firm, LLC gave me a good rundown of how things work. It's normal to be unsure about money stuff. Once I decided to go ahead, I followed the clear directions and my case manager guided me through everything. Even after I finished paying, there were still some unresolved matters, but my case manager stayed just as helpful as they were at the start until everything got sorted out. I can say for sure that they met my expectations. I would definitely suggest them.

I joined them in 2015 hopin they'd find info to cancel my student loans or make a deal with the collection agency usin the money I paid to their law firm (I actually joined a diff firm but got transferred to GM). After 4-5 years of $400+ monthly payments, I got a sudden call sayin my loans were past the time limit for collectin, and they didn't need to help me no more. My credit score went down cuz they told me to stop payin, and turns out they never settled the loans. They just sat back and took my money while waitin for the time limit, without actually helpin me. I still owe all the money, only difference is debt collectors can't bother me no more. I coulda settled the loan for less money than I gave these crooks.

Trust is a big issue nowadays! They told me to stop paying my loans right away. I used to pay around $350 every month. Instead, I paid GM $350 every month for 3 years. After those 3 years, I didn't have to make payments anymore, but I still met with my case worker (who became a good friend after 7 years of working together) every 2 weeks for the next 4 years! My credit score did go down at first, but as the creditors backed off, it slowly went up. When I started with the firm, my credit score was in the low 500s, but now it's an excellent 750 and I don't owe any more money! They did an amazing job, and I've already recommended them to friends and family!

I started working with GM Law Firm in 2016 with $45k of private student loan debt enrolled and today I am free! Working with GMLF has been easy. The expectations are always the same: two calls a month and pay your monthly bill. Any questions I asked were answered calmly and thoroughly, which made me feel secure with this choice. The calls only take a minute unless you have something new to report. I am not someone that gets involved in lawsuits or with lawyers often. The idea was intimidating and about once a year I would get very anxious and ask a laundry list of questions. They were always so patient and clear with me. They had said from the start that I could expect things to wrap up in around 5-6 years and they fulfilled that expectation. I am SO GLAD I did this. I am relived that my co-signers and I can breathe easy, and there is no more guilt. Thank you so much to the lawyer and legal assistants I have spoken with over the years. I only wish I knew about you guys earlier. 10/10

I've worked with the GM Law Firm on credit card debt issues in the recent past and their staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the ways to not only prevent debt but find debt resolution as well. If you're deep in debt and perhaps even fearful of a debt lawsuit, I highly recommend you give this team a call.

They are not a great company to work with. They make a lot of promises and they cannot for fill their side of it. Their demands are you should pay them first which I did, they took over $400 out of my bank account. On Monday when the money was deposited into their account hey send me an email and I phone calls say that we cannot help you. Very poor business like when you should get your ducks in a row first before making a promise to take new client. Then I asked him where should I go no response from the peanut gallery except sinus piece of paper. Very very unhappy and give them a one star and if I give them a half a store I was more than delighted to since they thrive on their ComplaintsBoard.com 5 STAR Rating.
