Steak 'n Shake review: survive

my wife and kids wanted to go eat at steak n shake the closest one is in Rome GA ABOUT 45 MILES from where we live so i said ok that sounds good we can get some lottery tickets while were there so we go and stop and get lottery tickets first then we head to steak n shake we pull up and as were getting out of car i see people walking in as we are walking in i see a sign on the door saying takeout or drive thru orders only due to being short staffed but i walk in and see people sitting at tables eating i asked whats going on why cant we sit and eat like the people in here she said they were there before they put the sign on the door i then said what about the people who just walked in before us why are they getting a table she said it was the last table they are sitting which is not right the sign was on the door when they walked in so we should have been seated if we couldnt i then said how are you short staffed i see 4 waitresses waiting on tables and theres not many people in here and all she said was sorry so i got mad and walked out the kids was hungry and wanted steak n shake so i went through the drive thru and ordered food and spent $27 dollars but was not gona sit in car and try and eat with 2 kids so waited till we got back home to eat but by then the food was cold and not worth eating i want this made right i want a giftcard for the money i wasted on food i didnt eat and a phone call from someone who can tell me how this can even happen my name is Michael Teal ou can reach me at [protected]
