Steak 'n Shake review: spilled milkshake in our car

The drive thru girl spilled a entire butterfinger milkshake in our car and we had to get out and clean the car and my dad off in the cold and rain and no one gave a crap about it and the food and everything was very below par. I asked for onion and had one onion slice on my burger and no one. They also forgot our 4 waters and made us late to our show we had planned to watch since we are on vacation. Definitely going to Freddys next time.
