Steak 'n Shake review: service

I stood at the door to be seated for a while. When I finally got seated it took a while for anyone to come to my table and ask me my drink order. I end up ordering a extra cheeseburger at the end and I had to ask another waitress if my cheeseburger was ready. The waitress kept disappearing and people where waiting. It was only one waitress and she couldn't keep up with the tables. We had to ask for the the cooks to get to go cups and re fills.
