Steak 'n Shake review: service

I was recently here on 09/03/19 at 00:45 at this location and I drove 30 min since most of the locations are closed and waiting to be franchised I ordered a chicken tenders and a birthday shake . I was told rudely "No Shakes" so I decided I didn't want anything anymore. I thought if a location is 24hrs all items on menu are available 24hrs if not there is a mixers way to let the customers know instead of being rude !
