Steak 'n Shake review: service and cleanliness

The restaurant is in bad need of cleaning. No hairnets for any of the cooks. There were can and trash all at the front door outside. Also a big garbage bag full of old donuts. I'm guessing from Krispy Kreme a block down the road. Service is terrible at this location. And when did Steak N Shake start using plastic utensils? Just really think this store should be looked into asap. Thanks
