Steak 'n Shake review: poor food

My family eats here more often that I want to admit. The last two times we have eaten here, we have been extremely disappointed by the product of the food. The last time we were served raw meat. I have never in my 40 years, ever, seen raw meat served from steak n shake. Then tonight, my husband and I were enjoying some time without the kiddos (we have 5 so this is rare!) and we decided to give it another try. The fries were ridiculously greasy and hard. When I ordered the chili mac supreme I asked for extra meat and sauce. When this was delivered, it was brought in a to go container on top of the normal glass plate. It was the size of a junior mac. There was a puddle of water that layered the bottom. There was barely any meat or sauce and it was cold enough that the cheese hadn't even melted. Beyond disappointed.
